"Friendly Staff, Billing Hassles: Atria Bethlehem Review"
The staff at Atria Bethlehem is super friendly. I did have some trouble getting responses to my questions and sorting out billing issues, which has been a bit of a hassle. Still working on that. But my loved one has no complaints about the food. Overall, I’d recommend Atria Bethlehem to others.

"Bright and Friendly Assisted Living with Excellent Staff"
This place is really cheerful and bright. Almost all the staff here are super friendly. The two-bedroom apartment my parents have is really nice. By the way, She was awesome through the whole process, which was pretty long.

"Staff Great, Meals Need Work"
The people who work here are really great. They are amazing and I'm surprised they know everyone's first name. I don't join in the activities, but there are lots of things for others to do. It's a bit pricey, but I think I'm getting good value. However, the food here is not good - they need to make it much better.

"Friendly Staff and Clean Facility"
My stay here went really well. The staff was always friendly and helpful. The medical staff was especially nice. Everything was usually pretty clean. Housekeeping came once a week to clean our rooms and bathrooms. The hallways were always clean. The meals were always good. Communication was good, and they always answered my questions. I would recommend this place to family and friends.

"Friendly Staff, Needs Better Care and Food Quality"
Before you decide, be sure to ask plenty of questions, look into it well, and chat with other folks who have family here. The folks who work here every day are super nice. But dealing with the bosses is a whole different thing. We’re running into some problems with how they take care of things—like they’re missing some checks that should be totally normal to do. The meals aren’t great except for breakfast, but they’re trying to fix that. The place where we eat is really pretty. They’ve got tons of stuff to do here. Getting around is easy. The helpers and the fix-it team are awesome—they’ve helped out a lot.

"Lively Atmosphere and Great Staff"
I visited Traditions of Hanover and noticed it had a more lively atmosphere with younger people around. I only had a short tour, but I liked the energy and the gardening. They also had larger kitchens and were really good with technology. However, my mom needed to decide, and she chose Atria. The food at Atria isn't amazing, but some things are pretty good. They always have options like grilled cheese. The staff at Atria are really excellent and qualified at all levels. There are lots of trees, which I love.
