"Inadequate staff and care at Atria, good facilities but repetitive food."
I really wouldn't suggest Atria to anyone, unless the person didn't require any form of care and just wished to live in a nice space with other older people. The facilities are pretty, but the care isn't reliable since the staff is spread too thin. The staff doesn't consistently stick with the care plan and wouldn't reach out to us if there were any problems, like if a resident refused to eat, refused to take a shower, or stay in bed all day. The head nurse never replied to our concerns. The food is good, but it's the same thing over and over again. The planned activities are alright but they could make it more diverse and encourage more residents to participate. The caregivers are great, they're just too busy because there are too many residents for each staff member, which is insane for the amount of money we're paying.

"Decent Food, Great Facilities, Activities Need Work"
The food’s pretty tasty most of the time. There’s a variety of activities; some are fun, but many aren’t very exciting. The nursing assistants know their stuff and are really supportive. Plus, having an emergency button is super handy. The place itself is top-notch.

"Convenient Location and Caring Staff Make This a Great Choice"
This place is really nice overall. They communicate clearly and openly, the staff cares a lot, and the facilities are nice. We chose this community mainly because it's easy for my sister and me to visit, and also because of its good reputation.

"Only suited for those requiring minor care assistance"
If your family member doesn't need much help, this assisted living facility is fine. But if their needs are more serious, it's not a good fit. The staff hesitates to tackle issues and accommodate specific patient needs. I'd only suggest it for someone requiring little assistance.

"Clean, Friendly Assisted Living with Excellent Service"
Staff, managers, and aides make sure everything is clean and nice. They are friendly and make you feel welcome. They really care about helping you. The place has nice views and lots of different things to see. They listen to what you say and fix any problems quickly. They treat everyone with respect and make sure everyone feels valued.

"Atria Assisted Living: A Beacon of Comfort and Care"
As an elderly widower deeply saddened by the loss of my wife of 57 years, I felt incredibly lonely and sad. My daughter, who lives in Philadelphia, suggested I consider Atria. I hesitated at first, picturing what I thought would be a typical "old folks home." Eventually, I agreed to visit and discuss moving in. Right away, I noticed the warm and positive attitudes of the staff. After settling in, all my worries disappeared. The staff, food, services, cleanliness, and entertainment are all top-notch. Every caregiver and staff member is friendly and kind. I'd rate them a 9.9, keeping in mind my homage to Bo Derek's perfection.
