The facility makes everyone feel welcome right from the start. They remembered my brother's name from Day 1, which made him feel good. The nursing staff handles medications well overall, though there have been a few issues with some. However, speaking with the head nurse resolves these issues. I communicate my concerns via email, and they promptly address them.

My loved one enjoys the food here. They have Bingo and various activities for residents. The other residents are friendly and nice. I chose this place because it's in a great location, had an available opening, and could meet my loved one's needs. They seem willing to work with you and accommodate your loved one.

"Assisted Living Review: Autumn House West Offers Comfortable Living with Room for Improvement"
Autumn House West is pretty good. They need more staff, but my loved ones are happy. Sometimes they complain about the food; the veggies are too hard to chew because they're not cooked well. Sometimes, the bell isn't answered when they need to go to the bathroom. Despite that, it's a good place for family members. You'll collaborate with them, and communication with the staff is good. They called me this week to confirm booster shots, so they keep me informed. My loved one's apartment is nice; it includes a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. I also got them a small fridge. Each room has a window for natural light.

The memory care unit here is really nice, and the staff have been great to my loved one. They took everyone from the memory care unit to the fair and have even organized special family days with fun activities for the residents.
