"Needs More Staff on Evenings and Weekends"
I think they need a charge nurse or manager on off shifts and weekends. Someone should be there to solve problems right away, not just write them down or call and wait until Monday. Patients’ needs should come first, and they shouldn’t suffer from a lack of staff. There should be more than two staff members on the evening shift because they have to handle meals, meds, and showers, just like the day shift. Night shift can have fewer staff, but not the evening shift. I really liked the staff, especially [name removed], LPN, but [name removed] can’t do it all. There needs to be some kind of manager when she’s not there. There’s great potential here, but…

"Friendly staff, but frequent management changes"
The staff were really nice, but we didn't give it 5 stars because they kept changing managers, which worried us. The food always looked and smelled great when we visited, and they always took good care of our loved one's needs.

"Great First Impression of Bayberry Assisted Living"
I was very pleased with Bayberry. This was my first visit to an assisted living facility. I liked the location and setup, and the person I met with was very informative. We're not 100% committed to making this change right away, but I want to be prepared. I might schedule a second visit to let my mom see the facility too. I was impressed.

"Perfect Home for My Mom"
My mom is really happy here. The staff is always kind and helpful. The place is very clean. She loves the activities they have. I would definitely suggest this place to other families.

"A Caring Community for Mom: Well-Kept, Friendly, and Safe"
My mom is still getting used to this place, but I can tell she's being taken care of really well. The people who work here are nice and always ready to help. The place itself looks really good, both her room and the whole community are kept very clean. There are plenty of things for her to do when she feels like joining in. She really likes the food they serve, it's really good. I feel confident that she's safe and looked after here. Overall, I think this is a good place for her.

Excellent, excellent, excellent! This is a wonderful place, and the staff are so kind and helpful. I couldn’t have found a better place for my mother.
