I've lived at Blue Bell Place for 5 years. The trips we've taken over the years have been enjoyable, especially the casino outings. The residents and staff are friendly, and I feel secure knowing someone is here to care for me. Choosing Blue Bell Place was a great decision.

The place is nice, and the staff cares. Sometimes they're short-staffed, which causes issues. The food quality needs improvement; they could use a chef. Meals on weekends can be disappointing. Communication is good overall. However, I was surprised they don't accept credit cards for monthly payments. Still, I'd recommend Blue Bell Place.

"High Costs, Low Maintenance: Terrible Assistance Facility Experience"
My relative's room wasn't cleaned, laundry was left untouched for days, and the garbage was unattended. It was a pretty awful situation. Despite the high cost, tasks were being neglected.

"Friendly staff, nice place, needs more activities"
The staff here is super friendly and nice. The whole place is really nice overall. I wish there were more activities, both in the evening and during the day. Other than that, it’s a great place. I would definitely recommend it to friends and family. No complaints except for wanting more activities.

"Clean and Convenient, but Food Needs Improvement"
The place is really clean. The food isn’t good at all. It’s worth the money. They have great physical therapists. Overall, it’s in a very handy location.
