"Brightview's Management Falls Short"
My folks stayed at the ILF, but they should've been in ALF. Brightview doesn't assess people upfront; instead, they push Senior Helpers (who are right there in their facility). It feels like they're getting a kickback. The food, cleaning, and entertainment staff are nice, but upper management is terrible. All they care about is money. They promised to contact me about any issues with my parents, but I never heard a word. Even when my parents passed away and we were cleaning out the apartment, the upper management was rude—no empathy or understanding.

"Expensive Senior Facility Deceives Elderly and Provides Little Care"
This place seems to deceive and take from older folks. They let anyone move into their senior living facility without checking their needs first. It seems like they try to push people to use their in-house help, probably because they're getting some money for doing it. The carpets in the apartment weren't replaced even though they were stained. We asked management multiple times to change the carpets but they wouldn't. They promised to always keep the family informed, but that never happened, even after several mishaps and health issues. This facility doesn't seem to care about anything but making money. It's expensive and doesn't even give that much care!

"Headline"
I visited this place. I appreciated their whole approach to enhancing life. The scheduled meal times can be challenging. The garden patio, with its raised garden beds, was beautiful. I enjoyed the movie theater and the pub; socialization seemed important. However, there was no kitchenette, and staff didn't use residents' names.

"Warm Welcome at Brightview!"
My mom just moved in this week, so our experience is limited. But the folks at Brightview E. Norriton, PA, have been super welcoming, friendly, and professional. Lisa, Jenn, Sue, and Rick went out of their way to make her feel at home. There was one food issue, but it got resolved. Overall, I'd rate it highly.

"Friendly Staff and Clean Environment at Brightview"
My mom has been at Brightview for about a month now. From the tour to now, I've been very happy with the friendly staff, cleanliness, and their willingness to answer questions. The staff is always ready to help in any way they can. I have no complaints about placing my mom here. I don't know much about the activities since I'm not there during the week, but my mom says the time flies by, so they must keep busy.
