"Disappointing Experience at Celebration Villa of Lakemont Farms"
My mom stayed at Celebration Villa of Lakemont Farms before. We didn't like it much. The food wasn't good. The workers were lazy. Mom had to change rooms twice. In one room, her roommate was mean. In the other, her roommate was nice but forgetful. Mom was fine in her mind. Laundry was a mess. Mom got other people's clothes, and hers disappeared, even her blankets and sheets. I wouldn't suggest it.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Some of the staff are really friendly and helpful, but others can be quite rude. The biggest issue is that when you ask for something, they always promise to get it right away, but they never follow through. I'm not entirely sure about this place. My family member doesn't participate in any activities, which seems to be the norm.

My family and our loved one had a good experience at the community. It's clean when we visit, and everyone is friendly. The community provides meals and activities for the residents.

I wish I could rate this with no stars at all. The so-called staff doesn't even care about the elderly. They've been mean to my mom, ignore her often, and have even lied to her. Besides that, the food here is awful. I wouldn't even consider giving it to my dog.

"Mixed feelings about assisted living: Kind staff, slow service, bad food."
The people who work here are nice, but they don't seem to hurry when they need to. It's probably because there aren't enough of them, which is common in these places. The meals aren't good at all. I'm not sure if I'd suggest this place to my family or friends.

Moving in was super easy for our family. The staff were really nice and helpful, especially after our loved one passed away. They helped us move her things out just a few days after she moved in.

We chose this community because it's close, clean, and made a good first impression. However, they're seriously understaffed, slow to respond, and the food isn't warm. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this facility.

All the staff here are super friendly and they treated my family member well! But, they need to get better at everything. We chose this place because it was close to home, affordable, and they said a lot of good things during our talk. Yet, they promised a lot more than they actually did.

"Memory care unit relocation led to low scores."
We chose this community initially for the personal care facility. We were impressed with what we saw and liked the level of care offered. However, our loved one was moved to the memory care unit shortly after arrival, which is why we gave low scores.

"Clean and Convenient Facility with Friendly Staff"
We chose Celebration Villa of Lakemont Farms because it is very clean and open. It's also close to our home and easy to get to. When we first toured, everyone was super friendly and answered all our questions. It was definitely the best place we saw. My loved one does complain about the food being cold when served. Overall, I would recommend the facility to others looking.

"The good and not-so-good at this assisted living community."
I'd recommend this place for loved ones. Staff is awesome! They keep families informed about changes. Medication management is available. Food isn't great, though. Activities include Wii bowling, bingo, and more.

"Mixed experience: Clean but depressing atmosphere, lacking staff and refund policy."
The place is clean, but it's pretty sad because people just sit around in wheelchairs. There aren't enough staff members, so they can't give much attention. The food is terrible, the worst part. My loved one is mentally sharp but needed some physical help for a short stay, which we ended early due to a family emergency. They wouldn't refund the final week we didn't use. They have mass, which he liked, and let his outside physical therapists come in, which was good. They also took him to a doctor appointment, which was helpful.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Needs More Community, Limited Choices"
This place was okay, but it felt like everyone was on their own when we visited. We were hoping for a friendlier vibe, like a big family. Also, we didn't have many options for rooms, which wasn't great for what my mom wanted.

Stone Brook Assisted Living and Memory Care is good. I like that he has a private room, so he doesn't have to eat with others.

The staff is hardworking and caring, but there aren’t enough of them. The food choices are limited and not very good. For example, my loved one has sandwiches three nights a week with a vegetable for dinner. The residents should get better meals. The rent is going up by 6% in February.
