I'd say, Make sure you visit your family every day. My mom got stuck on the floor for hours. When someone finally showed up, they asked her what she thought they could do for her.

"More Staff Needed on Weekends, Excellent Therapy and Doctor"
Based on our time at Brookdale Grandon Farms, we think they could use more staff on weekends. However, the physical therapy and the doctor were really good, so they get five stars from us.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
We had some problems with the cleanliness, especially in his room where the floor often got wet or dirty because of a window that needed fixing. The people working there were nice, but it seemed like they didn't have enough staff and were really busy. We never tried the food there. Even though he didn't say anything, we started noticing that he didn't seem as happy. They had some activities, but after almost a year, we realized we were paying a lot more for less than other places offered. So, we found a different place for him to live.

"Caring Staff Despite Transition and Shortages"
They're changing staff and have a few shortages, but it's a nice place. The staff cares a lot and does their best. We haven't been here long, but we'd tell other families to consider it.

"Brookdale Provides Caring Memory Care"
It's tough to find a place for a loved one, especially for memory care. Brookdale has been amazing. The staff is friendly and genuinely cares for the residents. I do wish the memory care patients had more outdoor time and activities. Overall, we're very pleased with Brookdale and appreciate their efforts.

"Friendly Staff and Happy Residents Make for a Lovely Visit"
The tour of the assisted living facility was really nice. There were lots of activities happening when we visited. The people who live there looked happy and were moving around. The staff were super nice and made us feel welcome.

We're really bummed about our experience at Brookdale Grandon Farms. So bummed, in fact, that we're packing up and moving out. There were a bunch of things that just didn't go right, and we felt super let down. It was hard to even keep track of who was in charge because people were always coming and going. And let me tell you, whenever I asked for something, it seemed like they just didn't hear me the first few times. I definitely wouldn't tell my friends to check out Brookdale Grandon Farms. If I knew then what I know now, we would've picked somewhere else to live.
