"Unkept Promises and Poor Communication Lead to Sad Experience"
They assured us that there was no covid in the home, but that wasn't the case. He caught covid. They made promises that they didn't keep. The staff didn't seem to communicate well and they didn't follow the right steps. It was a really sad situation and our experience wasn't great.

"Desperately Lacking Staff and Quality Care"
I think this place seriously misrepresents itself. There's barely any staff around and the level of care is truly disappointing. I'd highly recommend looking somewhere else if you want your family member to feel at home.

"Lackluster Meals and Need for More Staff at Assisted Living"
I've noticed that residents don't get a lot of individual care here. The food served doesn't look nice or taste good. I'm not sure how many workers there should be, but it seems like they need more people on the team.

"Home Care Facility Falls Short on Expectations"
The reviewer expressed concerns about outdated furnishings, lack of a billing system, and the absence of a dryer chair for beautician services. While staff responsiveness was satisfactory, the facility’s remote location limited group outings. The reviewer expected more personalized care and found the social worker’s knowledge limited to a 10-mile radius. Financial constraints also impacted the overall experience.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
The furniture could use some updating. They need a billing system because I need a monthly bill for my elderly mother’s care and haven’t gotten one yet. They have a beautician but no dryer chair, which is needed for drying hair and perms. It’s a small thing, but I expected it. They have daily activities, but since the facility is in the country, they can’t go other places as a group, even for those who can still move around. I guess I expected more. They seem to have enough staff. They aren’t the friendliest, but they do help when needed. I can’t check every day because the facility is two hours away from me. There were no available beds in homes closer to me, which bothers me, but my mother needed to be placed right away. My sister and I did all the work. The social worker wasn’t familiar with anything outside a 10-mile radius. Money is always a factor. If you have $10,000 a month, it’s easy. If you have less than $3,000 a month, good luck!
