"Cumberland Crossings: Profits Over People"
I had a terrible encounter with a worker at Cumberland Crossings' business office. The person was very uncaring and cold. My mom was suddenly moved from Cumberland Crossings to the ICU just a month into her recovery, and they treated it like it was nothing. The employee at Cumberland Crossings seemed to care more about money than people. Clearly, they care more about making a profit than they do about their residents and their families. If you're looking for a place with no sympathy, Cumberland Crossings is perfect for you. It's an experience you'd remember for all the bad reasons.

"Clean, friendly staff, consider for loved one."
I visited this place while searching for care for a family member. It was clean, staff were nice and professional. They were full at the time, but I'd think about it for my loved one.

"Poor service and unclean conditions at expensive care facility"
The aids and nursing managers are hopelessly incompetent. If your family means anything to you, avoid this place. The service is terrible, they don't check on the residents every two hours like they should, and the meals are often served cold. We're forking out almost $$$ monthly for zero satisfaction. Not to mention the cleanliness of the place leaves a lot to be desired, when you first visit they sure do a great job of making it seem otherwise.

"Possibly The Worst Assisted Living, Poor Service, Unclean"
The staff and head nurses at this place are incompetent. If you care about your loved ones, don't send them here. The service is subpar, they don't check on residents every two hours as promised, and even serve cold food at times. The facility isn't as clean as it should be. Don't get fooled by their impressive tour, the reality is much worse.

"Assisted Living Disappointment: Not Worth the Cost"
My folks stayed there 15 years till I moved them. They paid $8400/month for 500 sq ft. Seemed like they exploit old folks. I wouldn't suggest it; find better elsewhere.

"You Deserve Better Than Cumberland Crossings"
My parents lived at Cumberland Crossings for 15 years, but I wanted them closer to me. Unfortunately, the value there is terrible. It feels like they're taking advantage of the elderly. My parents paid $8,400 a month for just 500 square feet. To me, that's unfair. If someone asked if they should live at Cumberland Crossings, I'd say no—you could find a better place.
