"Friendly Community with Spacious Rooms"
We chose this place because it felt genuinely friendly and welcoming. My loved one got a great room where he could keep all his familiar furniture. Other places only had small rooms, and he would have had to downsize to a twin bed, one dresser, and a recliner. Maybe a smaller room would be okay someday, but he needs space to walk, and the more room he has, the better. Overall, the main reason we picked this place was because it’s easy for me to get to.

"Crooked Assisted Living Facility Misusing My Mom's Rights"
They tricked and took advantage of my mom, breaking countless rules and ignoring her legal rights. They're not professionals, they're villains. I can't figure out why the local police won't do anything. Can someone, anyone, please help us.

"Unfulfilled Promises and Neglected Care at Assisted Living Facility"
The workers didn't look after my person's cleanliness when they were part of the facility. The bosses always said nice things, but they never did what they promised. Because of their rules for COVID, I couldn't visit the facility. Based on what I went through, I can't suggest this place to others. The person I had there had stuff we brought, and it was left untouched by the workers, just like we left it on day one. There was a bag of their favorite snacks, but it was never opened. The head of the place didn't even come to talk when we moved the person's stuff out.

"Unwelcoming Facility, Bad Experience for Loved One"
I would not advise others to consider this facility. It lacked any sense of warmth or coziness. To make matters worse, my family member had a bad experience during their visit.

"Poor Communication and Tragic Health Incident: Stay Away"
I wouldn't recommend this place at all. Just forget about it. I bought my buddy a razor, but it went untouched. I also got him a cell phone, but it stayed unopened. I was never able to get in touch with him. Because of the covid lockdown, I wasn't able to visit him either. I never got a chance to see what kind of care he received, but he was only there less than a month before he had a brain bleed.

"Clean and caring community with room for updates and organization."
This community is nice and clean. They should update and organize more. The staff are kind and listen well. They're open to questions and keep me informed about medications and everything else. My loved one enjoys the meals. There are two outdoor courtyards that residents can use, and they're locked for safety, which my loved one likes. They even mounted a TV and put up pictures I sent in. I really love this community; they provide the affection and support he needs.

"Improving Communication and Activities, But Mixed Feelings on Care"
This place was alright, but we had some problems with getting in touch with the folks in charge. That's been fixed, though, so it should be better now. As for the care, it's just okay. We weren't super pleased with how things turned out overall. But most of the time, talking to the staff was fine. They do have bingo and other stuff for the folks living there, which is nice.

"Residents' Experience"
No COVID cases inside. Food complaints, 2 shifts, increased prices. Plan ahead!

"Great community with fun activities and caring staff"
The community is really great. I would tell my friends it handles money well and is very caring. They have fun activities like shopping trips, church, bingo, parades, and craft shows.

"Overpriced Living Facility With Poor Services and Insufficient Staff"
The memory care department really falls short here. They only have one person managing 16-20 people at a time. The facility isn't clean, there's hardly any activities, staff isn't giving one-on-one attention, and the meals take an eternity. Trying to phone your loved ones here? Good luck! The phone rings endlessly and they rarely answer. Plus, what they offer doesn't match up to the high cost. I seriously urge you not to put your loved one here before doing a thorough check. Maybe even ask if you can stay overnight to better evaluate the place. I'm not saying that the staff doesn't care, just that they're human and there's only so much they can handle. Is this really where you want your loved one?

"Nice Place, New Name, High Price"
This place is really nice. It’s changing owners soon and will be called Magnolia Place. It’s a bit pricey, especially for a shared female apartment.

"Assisted Living Woes: Check Before Signing!"
This place doesn't have enough staff, and the care quality is low. The state has found several problems. It's best to call Area of Aging and State before signing any papers for your loved one.

"Beware Deceptive Appearance of Unstaffed, Dull Assisted Living Facility"
It seems like a good spot, doesn't it?? Be careful though, because there's barely any staff around. There's hardly anything to do there, and there's hardly any socializing or community engagement. The care level for the residents is very low. Also, the food isn't too great, and communicating with those in charge can be a nightmare. I would advise going to visit this place at many different times to get the complete picture. It might seem calm and serene, but that's not always what's best.
