The staff is doing an amazing job taking care of my grandmother. She really enjoys her newly updated room and is getting much better care than before. She loves the activities, the friendly staff, and the friends she's made.

Honestly, this place was really bad. I don't get how anyone could think about putting their loved ones here. The prices were as high as those better retirement homes with tons of perks. This place had nothing good.

"Dreadful Assisted Living With Overpriced, Underwhelming Offerings"
Truly, this place was just awful. I'm not sure how anyone could willingly put their loved ones here. Plus, you're paying as much here as you would in other retirement homes that have way more stuff to offer. This place didn't have anything good.

"Needs Modernization: Small Rooms and Shared Bathrooms"
This place seemed older than others we visited. The building could look nicer. The rooms we checked out were tiny, and my folks would've had to share a bathroom, which wouldn't work for them. The staff were friendly and helpful, but it wasn't the spot for my parents.

"Not Quite Right For Aging Parents"
This place seemed a bit more aged compared to the other ones we visited. I thought it needed a face-lift, specifically on the building's outlook. The rooms we saw were quite tiny and my parents would have had to share a bathroom, which I thought would be a problem. The staff, however, was friendly and supportive. But, it still didn't feel like the right fit for my parents.

"Great Care at Affordable Assisted Living Facility"
I like the place where my mom stays. They take good care of her, keep everything clean, and the staff are nice. I chose it because it's not too expensive. Mom enjoys the activities they have. The person who plans the activities does a really good job.

"Mixed experience at Evans Retirement Center; issues with bathing schedule."
There's been some problems at Evans Retirement Center. I've had to choose which ones to deal with. I found out they weren't making sure he had a shower. I had to do it myself, but then they said I shouldn't have. Now they say they have a schedule for showers.

At Evans Retirement Center, we've run into a few problems. I had to step in and give him a shower when I found out they weren't doing so. I later learned that it wasn't my place to do it. They informed me there's a bath schedule now.

"A Terrorizing Tour of Dreadful Assisted Living Facility!"
This place is awful, revolting, and simply gross. The overall state of this place was dire. It was stinky, unclean, and totally absurd. There was only one bathroom for several people and it was gross. I was terrified to even continue the tour.

"Great Move for My Mother-in-Law to Family Owned Community"
Moving my mother-in-law here was a great decision. The transition was smooth, and we’re happy with her new home. She’s doing really well, and the staff takes great care of her. They’ve been friendly and helpful. The owner is always around and involved. There are fun activities for the residents, and she likes a few of them. The meals are good too. Since it's a smaller, family-owned community, I definitely recommend it.

We only used Evans Retirement Center for a short while because we needed something closer, but they did a good job while we were there. The place looked nice, and all the staff were friendly and acted professionally.
