"Mixed Experience at Exton Senior Living"
The place is nice, and the staff are easy to talk to. But they don’t always follow dietary rules, which can be a problem for people with diabetes. Housekeeping is okay, but they need to improve laundry services. My family member is missing towels, underwear, and a lot of clothes. They tell you to write names on clothes, but it fades away, and then the person doesn’t get their stuff back. Still, I’d recommend Exton Senior Living.

We liked how the staff kept us updated about our family member. But the memory care part is small and mostly has personal care patients. They could make it better by focusing more on memory care and improving care.

"Exton: A Solid Choice with a Friendly Vibe"
Exton had a super friendly vibe, though it leaned more toward women. During our visit, there was a management switch, which made things a bit confusing. But all in all, it was a solid pick.

"Four-Day Stay Results in Neglect and Infection at Facility"
I wouldn't tell anyone to send their family here. My family member was only there for a short time: 4 days. We found them wearing clothes that didn't belong to them. They were left by themselves, with no one around. The people working there said it was time for them to switch shifts, so my family member was left on their own. They didn't check on my family member, who ended up getting an infection. Even though my family member was only there for 4 days, they tried to make us pay for the whole month. I think they don't have enough workers.

"Memory Care Unit Needs Improvement, Progress Being Made Slowly"
ESL isn't great for memory care. Lots of staff changes. No improvements. Some staff not good. Not enough staff at times. Limited supervision and training. Families worried. New staff trying to stay consistent. Getting rid of bad workers. Still needs improvement.
