"Mom Seems Happy and Comfortable Here"
Mom seems to enjoy living here a lot. She has adjusted pretty well and is doing fine. Her living space fits her needs well. She's making friends and joining in on the activities they offer. She hasn't complained about the food, so she must like it. The inside is kept very clean, and the outside has sitting areas where residents and family can visit when the weather is nice.

"My Friend Thrives Here"
My friend has had a great experience at this community. He lives in the independent section. The place is really clean, and they do a good job with the cleaning. Everyone is friendly and kind. They offer lots of activities, and the food is decent. The dining area is also very nice. Overall, things are going well for my friend here.

"Better suited for older residents, not younger ones."
The issue I have with Friénd's Home is that most folks here are way older than me. Like, they're mostly in their mid to late 80s. This place might be okay if you're an elderly person, but if you're younger like me, it's not the best fit.

"New Director Neglects Residents and Prioritizes Personal Agendas"
Don't trust the sweet talk from the so-called "Leader" at this place or from anyone else there. This isn't the loving and friendly community they sell it to be. It used to be, but it's shifted since their new leader stepped in - she seems more focused on hooking up her pals with jobs versus caring for our parents. Many past residents and the original, caring staff have disappeared. The people who really knew my mom and took genuine care of her are no longer there. The decisions made seem to boost the director’s pride, but they're not for the good of the residents. Take caution if you're thinking of putting your parents here! It’s not as it seems. My mom lived there once upon a time and really liked it but started feeling out of place. She stated that the vibe and setting changed and it no longer felt like her home. Getting her out of there was the smartest move I've made!
