"Unexpected mix of residents affects sleep in senior living facility"
I thought I was moving into an apartment specifically for seniors. However, it turns out it's a mix with people who requires assisted living due to illness. The person who lives above me screams at all hours of the night and early morning. The staff seem in no rush to attend to her. I've not had a good night's sleep since I moved in. If you're seeking a peaceful senior living environment, I recommend avoiding this place.

"Noisy, Neglected, and Not Worth the Money."
My kitchen and living room are continuously filled with an unsettling vibration. It's really upsetting. I also can't sleep due to the constant noise overhead at all hours of the early morning. I've talked to the person in charge, but it appears nothing gets accomplished. They say they'll inspect the problem, but they soon forget all about it. Considering the high cost to live here, this lack of action really isn't worth it.

"Exceptional Care and Communication at Fritzingertown Senior Living Center"
My mom gets excellent care at Fritzingertown Senior Living Center. The staff always keeps us informed about everything. If mom falls, they call us right away and let the doctor know too. We're really pleased with this place. Mom's happiness means the world to us, and with their great communication and her contentment, it's a fantastic facility.

"Totally Happy with Friendly Staff and Great Care!"
For the three weeks we were at Fritzingertown, we were totally happy with everything. It was close, so we could visit every day, sometimes 2 or 3 times. If there had been any problems, we would have mentioned them. The staff was really friendly. When we first brought my loved one, she was upset, but they spent an hour calming her down, and she was okay. She had a private room, and overall, they were excellent. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

"Great Care and Comfort at Fritzingertown"
From our first visit, the staff was super friendly and helpful. We noticed right away that they had a good relationship with the residents. Fritzingertown offers three levels of care: Independent Apartments with a living room, bedroom, and kitchen area; Assisted Living with private rooms; and an Alzheimer’s unit in a separate, secure building. My mother-in-law moved into an apartment about seven weeks ago. She has both an exterior and interior entrance to her apartment. This setup allows her to have personal visits from family and also visit neighbors, join activities, and go to the dining room for meals without worrying about bad weather. The rooms in her apartment are spacious. She thought she would cook more, but she says the meals in the dining room are really good, so she lets them handle the cooking and cleaning. 😊 At 87, she deserves a break, and it’s hard to cook for one person anyway. She feels comfortable there, and we are very happy with the staff and the facility.
