"Dreadful Conditions and Overcharging at Senior Home Despite Caring Staff"
This place is short on staff, and they just don't give the residents the proper amount of nursing care they need. Stuff goes missing out of people's rooms, and the food is utterly crummy. They charge people way more than they should and get away with it. The boss and owner don't even listen when people complain- they just brush it off like the seniors are just being forgetful. Yet, some workers here are nice and caring, even though they get poor guidance from the top.

"Assisted Living Facility Offers Cleanliness, Activities, and Scenic Grounds"
The community was very clean while our loved one stayed there. We had an issue with one caregiver, but it was resolved quickly. Everyone was friendly and nice. Our loved one sometimes didn't like the meals, but we appreciated that residents ate together in the dining room. There were many activities available for residents to participate in. We liked that our loved one had their own room with a nice bedroom, bathroom, and big closet. The grounds of the community are beautiful and well-maintained. You can see a pond with geese and ducks from across the grounds.

"Mixed Feelings: Assisted Living for the Fully Functional"
This place is okay if you can do everything yourself. But if you need help walking, going to the bathroom, or eating, it's not so good. They're not good if you have dementia. Only a few of the staff really care. Most just see residents as another thing on their to-do list.

"Respectful staff and comfortable stay; would return for respite."
My mom stayed for 12 days and seemed to enjoy it. She had her own room, and I asked to move her closer to the office, which they did without any problem. The owner and staff treated both Mom and me with respect. I would definitely bring Mom back for another stay if the chance comes up.

"Wheelchair Storage and Distant Dining a Surprise"
A lot of folks promised they’d store his wheelchair in a closet, but the dining area is super far from there! Huh??? Plus, the duck pond they talked about? It’s got Swans, but you’ve gotta go over RT 534 to get there… seriously???

"Great staff and activities, but medication timing needs improvement"
The activities at this place are really good, but they could offer even more. The staff is great, and the administration is amazing. Everyone we've interacted with has been very caring and quick to help. The only issue we’ve seen is with some of the medical techs. Mom has had a few problems getting her medications on time.

"Nice Decor and Friendly Staff, Limited Nursing Coverage Hours"
Getz has a pleasant appearance and I saw the staff talking with the residents, which was good. They don't have a registered nurse there; they only have a licensed practical nurse working from 8 AM to 4:30 PM, and personal care aides are available around the clock.

"Great Place with Helpful Staff but Could Use More Employees"
It would be a good place to send someone who needs regular help. They are very willing to do anything you ask for you or your loved one. Overall, it's what I expected. Sometimes you might smell an accident, but they work very hard to keep the place clean and take care of the residents' hygiene. It would be nice to see more staff, but that's not their fault. Everyone is experiencing shortages right now. With the people they do have, they do a darn good job.
