"Ignored Despite Urgency in Relocating Father"
I reached out to this assisted living facility and had a conversation with a really kind woman, though I can't quite recall her name. She was very helpful and had me reaching out to my dad's current home to ask about his medical conditions since she needed this information. But after the third time I was asked to call her back, she started being unavailable or out of the office. At one point, even the maintenance guy picked up the phone. I left multiple messages for her to get back to me, and yet she never did. It seemed she was aware that I had a pressing timeline, as my dad had 30 days to relocate, and even despite me making several calls to gather the information she needed, she just stopped picking up her calls nor returning mine. This was unprofessional and very rude. Even my sister, who lives out of state, tried ringing her and left her messages but received no responses back either.

Loved one
"Seemed very nice, but my loved one did not like it."
I really liked this place. The staff was friendly, and it looked nice. But my loved one just wasn't happy here. I don't think it was because the facility didn't try; she just wasn't ready for this kind of living.
