The place is really nice. I think it's one of the best around here and feels less like a hospital than some others. The rooms are smaller here, though, and it costs more money.

The community is nice with a great atmosphere and friendly people. The rooms are comfortable. It didn't suit my loved one's needs as they weren't equipped for their care. The setting resembles a park.

"Illegal Prescription at Grace Park: Management Fails to Inform Pharmacy"
My mother-in-law moved out of Grace Park, and soon after, I found out that she had a prescription filled and delivered to Grace Park, even though she was no longer living there. I found out 12 days after she moved. When I found out, I told the pharmacy, and they were really surprised because Grace Park never informed them she had left, which they should have done the day she moved out. When the pharmacy asked Grace Park, they said they were going to give the medicine to my mother-in-law, even though she wasn't living there anymore. The pharmacy told them she moved out 12 days ago, but they couldn't really get a clear answer from Grace Park about why this happened. Eventually, they got the prescription back from Grace Park. I later questioned the management team about it and got a different answer from the owner, which was also unclear. Because of what happened, I decided to file a complaint against Grace Park with the Drug Enforcement Agency. So now, the DEA knows about what's going on at Grace Park. Sadly, this isn't the first time dealing with Grace Park's management has been troublesome. But the people who actually look after the residents are great.

"Disappointing Experience and Serious Concerns at Grace Park Senior Living"
Visiting an extremely dear person at Grace Park was heartbreaking as she shared her intent to end her life due to unbearable stresses in her living conditions. She even detailed six major factors contributing to her agony. We, her family, tried to provide comfort. It was a Wednesday, when I informed Grace Park Wellness about her fragile mental state, noting she had thoughts of jumping from her window. This vital information was ignored by Grace Park’s management. I also communicated our fears and worries for her safety to another director at Grace Park, outlining the reasons she had reached such a desperate state, hoping this would urge them to communicate better. However, I received an empty response on a subsequent Monday. Sadly, her safety concerns were downplayed by the management. In another instance, I sent an email concerning various issues, hinting a potential HIPAA violation by Grace Park. This email was answered surprisingly quickly, not with a written explanation, but with a meeting request. Evidently, clarifying their actions regarding a possible HIPAA violation was prioritized over assuring us about our loved one’s well-being. The image of Grace Park portrayed on their website and commercials is vastly different from what we have experienced. Dealing with her psychological issues, like her paranoia and a continuous desire to escape her environment due to irrational fears, had felt challenging. But when Grace Park began escalating conflicts rather than cooperating, it became unbearable. In late 2019, when they shared classified information about another resident with us, I decided to officially file a HIPAA complaint against Grace Park Senior Living of Stroudsburg, PA.

The visit was alright, but they didn't accept my dad. The building was really impressive, though.
