"Great facility with friendly staff and convenient setup"
Traditions is a wonderful place to live. Since everything is on one floor, it's very easy for people using wheelchairs or walkers to get around. The staff is friendly and always ready to help with anything that comes up. Residents look happy with the activities, food, and their living spaces.

"Affordable and Convenient Assisted Living, Highly Recommended"
My time at Traditions of Lansdale was really nice. I told a lot of people about it for assisted care. We chose this place because it's affordable and close to where we live. Plus, it's near our family, which is important to us.

"Finally Found a Happy Place for Mom!"
“My mom struggled at other places, and I was worried we’d never find somewhere she’d be happy. But this place seems perfect. Everyone I’ve met has been awesome, and the building is really nice!”

"Concerns Raised Over Care at Assisted Living Facility"
My grandma stays at this place. For a whole week, they forgot to give her her pills. Plus, they didn't help her shower for six weeks. But we were really happy with [name removed], so all this was unexpected. The fact that there's no nurse around makes us worry more.

"Unfulfilled Promises and Neglect at Assisted Living Facility"
I visited this place a year ago and it seemed great. I just went back for another tour and was disappointed to see that they hadn't made any promised improvements to the memory care. The place smelled of pee, the floors were old and needed to be replaced, and the people living there looked bored with nothing to do.

"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short on Space and Activities"
My mom and I visited this place. We didn't pick it because the bathrooms are too cramped! They're not walker-friendly. Also, no fun outings on their activity list.

"Assisted Living Facility Fails to Provide Promised Care and Attention"
My loved one is a resident in this assisted living place. Our original excitement about them moving in has turned into sadness. It's been a tough change... folks coming into assisted living or memory care need some special care. They need to know that they're being looked after. But after more than a day, nobody from the place had returned my call. My loved one isn't settling in. I feel let down. There wasn't even a table ready for them to eat at in the dining room. I was promised they'd eat with people they'd get along with easily. I've been let down by the staff, the food, the care they provide and how they handle medicines. I found 4 pills on the ground while walking around the building. I am truly disappointed.

"Absence of Director & Poor Food at Assisted Living Facility"
The boss of this place is nowhere in sight whenever we swing by to see my father. He's always insisting he's all for an 'open door policy,' but why isn't he around to talk to us when we visit? This has been happening for months now and even all of last year. I have been wanting to talk about the meals they serve here because it's shocking they consistently dish up frozen burgers or hotdogs for a main meal. And the other options aren't any better: peanut butter and jelly or grilled cheese sandwiches! Can you wrap your head around this? Plus, I have to say that my dad's missing half his wardrobe after their weekly laundry run! I'm sure others want to voice their concerns too, and I urge you to do so!!
