"Downhill Problems: Staffing, Security, and Communication Issues"
This place used to be great, but now it's just poorly managed. There aren't enough people working here, and there's zero security. Plus, they've handed off their food service and don't talk to our families. Training is nearly non-existent, and they don't keep track of health information. There's even more wrong that I haven't said.

"Strong infusers at Greenfield Senior Living"
I didn't like the strong smells during my tour at Greenfield Senior Living of Perkiomen Valley. The scents weren't bad, but the infusers were too strong.

"Communication and timing issues mar experience at Greenfield Senior Living"
My mom stays at Greenfield Senior Living. The staff hardly ever gets back to me when I call or email. Sometimes they do, but it takes forever. I get it, they might not have enough people working there. But families should still be able to talk to someone when they need to. Stuff disappears from my mom's room sometimes. I know it can be hard to keep track in a Memory Care place where people move things around. But it's happened too many times now and it bugs me. I've asked the staff to help my mom get ready for her doctor appointments. I've left messages and even talked to them in person the day before the appointment. But when I show up on time, my mom's not ready, which makes us late.

"Greenfield Senior Living: Not Ideal for Amenities and Space"
I had a video tour on my phone with Greenfield Senior Living. I checked it out because of the cost and where it's located. Unfortunately, it didn't fit what I needed because of the things they offer and the size of the rooms.

"Great Food and Health Care, Needs Better Communication"
My loved one enjoys the food here. The staff has been great in helping with their health issues. They could improve on communication.

"Management Indifferent To Chronic Understaffing Issue"
This place is severely lacking in staff. One of the workers told me that it's always like this and she simply cannot do her job properly because they don't have enough people. The management here is laughable. They never respond to worries or issues. And it seems like they really don't care that they're short-staffed.

"Mixed Feelings About Greenfield Assisted Living"
Out of the 5 or 6 facilities I visited, Greenfield was the only one where I didn't feel comfortable leaving my mom. During the tour, there was no one at the front desk initially. The staff member who eventually assisted us was friendly and informative, but she seemed quite busy. It left me wondering how much attention my mom would receive if she moved in.

"Staff Shortage Causing Scheduling Issues at Assisted Living Facility"
This place is kinda low on workers, so they've got these temp nurses who don't know much about what's going on. And the schedule's all mixed up. I hope things get better soon.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Lots of Activities"
This is a great place for your loved one. It's also very affordable. They offer activities like movies and baseball games. My loved one doesn't join in often, but there are plenty of things for residents to do.

""Terribly Old and Unpleasant Assisted Living Community""
We went on a live tour and it was awful. We totally disliked this place. The stench was terrible and the residents were all idle, not interacting with each other at all. The building is very outdated and seriously needs updating.

"Friendly and Attentive Community with Open Communication"
I think others would like this place. The people there were really nice, and it's not too big. They took good care of the residents. They always kept us informed about everything happening.
