"Needs Improvement But Provides Some Help"
My loved one lives at Harmony House Manor. There aren’t many staff members, and I hardly ever see or talk to any of them when I visit. I haven’t had any communication with the staff except when food is delivered. The food isn’t very good according to my loved one. The cleaning isn’t great either, and my loved one often has to ask for the bathroom to be cleaned and the vacuuming to be done. There aren’t any activities for the residents. My loved one is mostly independent but still needs help with some things, and it seems she’s getting that at Harmony House Manor, which is why she’s still there.

"Great care and value at Harmony House; highly recommend"
Harmony House is a really clean place, and the staff is great. We haven’t been disappointed with the care our loved one is getting. While we haven’t tried the meals ourselves, our loved one likes them and is gaining some weight. This is the third community our loved one has been in, and this one is by far the best value. Based on what we’ve seen so far, we would suggest this place to other families.

"Understaffed Facility Fails to Care for Residents Properly"
The big problem here is that they just don't have enough workers, and the ones they do have, don't know enough about helping people move about. There's only one worker on night shift. We had to put our family member in this place because it was the only one open at the time. They made big promises but couldn't follow through when it came to taking care of our loved one.

"Great staff, safe care, and affordable."
The facility is old, but the staff is excellent. They’re very attentive to the most confused residents, keeping them safe. It’s also less expensive than other places nearby. They take pride in ensuring everyone’s safety.
