Hidden Meadows on the Ridge

"Friendly Staff and Great Location with Staffing Considerations"
In terms of the meals and care services, we rated them 3 stars due to understaffing. Despite this, the community's location is excellent, the staff is friendly, and the activities offered are enjoyable. We would recommend this community to other families, but advise them about the staffing challenges.

"Residents Shine at Hidden Meadows"
We really like the residents at Hidden Meadows on the Ridge. It’s better than some other places, but being home with family is even better if you can afford help.

"Location and Cost Were Concerns, Staff Was Friendly"
Our family visited the facility in person, and it was pleasant. However, the location was too far away, and the cost was quite high. We talked to some of the ladies who live there, and they were very friendly.

"Friendly staff, but food needs work."
What I liked most about Hidden Meadows on the Ridge is the staff. They were very friendly and helpful. The biggest thing they need to improve is the food. It could be a lot better.

"Affordable, well-designed memory care unit, and great staff"
We picked Hidden Meadows on the Ridge because it was cheaper than other places we looked at. I also liked the memory care unit and how it was set up in different sections without hallways, making it easier for residents to move around. The staff was great too. The room sizes are just right for what she needs. I would recommend this place to others.

"Disappointed by Hidden Meadows Tour, Won't Recommend"
Our visit to Hidden Meadows didn't leave a good impression. The setup of the place seemed odd. It might suit some depending on their needs and care level, but it wasn't for us. Based on our visit, I wouldn't suggest them.

"Spacious Rooms and Good Communication, Some Staffing Concerns"
We picked Hidden Meadows because they have a good reputation. When I visited during COVID, I couldn't see much, but they explained things well and gave me information. The rooms at the facility are bigger than we expected, almost like a small apartment. Sometimes it seems like they don't have enough staff to help my loved one get out of bed, so they spend more time there than I'd like. Overall, I would recommend them to others depending on the care needed.
