"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living"
We visited this community while exploring care options for a family member. Overall, it was a pleasant place clean, with friendly staff and plenty of amenities for residents. However, it lacked a cozy feeling, and I didn't think my loved ones would feel at home here. The rooms were also a tad small for a couple.

"Caring staff and honest administrator, but food and activities lacking"
There aren't many activities. The food isn't great; I'm not happy with what they serve mom. It's mostly ham salad, potato salad, and bologna sandwiches. But they take good care of her and are very friendly, even though mom can be hard to deal with. They never lose their temper. The administrator is really honest and took the time to get to know mom. A patient told us that if any staff is mean, the administrator handles it right away. That's what we wanted—someone who wouldn't be mean to her.
