"Assisted Living Facility Falls Short in Staffing and Food Quality"
This place is okay, but not great. The building is nice and clean, and there’s no bad smells. They do a good job keeping things fixed up. But they’re always short on staff, which can be a problem. The food here isn’t very good either. We were really hoping for better. We chose it because it’s close by and looks nice, but we were disappointed.

"Disappointing Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
When my mom went in, new managers were just starting. They didn't give good care. Sometimes, she'd sit in her own mess for hours. Her room stayed dirty, and my sister had to do her laundry. There wasn't a hairdresser or chaplain either. They made it sound great at first, but it was a letdown soon after. They keep saying things will improve, but we'll wait and see. Staff are always changing, and it's all a mess.

"Understaffed Facility Not Worth the Cost, Lacks Activity Support"
A Place for Mom recommended this spot. Plus, it's nearer to my house, so I can see my family member every week. But they really need more workers here. I truly want my loved one to have fun and join activities, but there's no one around to make sure that happens. For what they're charging, the service is just not up to standard.

"Mixed Experience: Lovely Environment, Subpar Food and Staff Appreciation"
This place looks nice and tidy, but the food isn't great. My family member complains about it being cold sometimes and missing important ingredients like beef or chicken. Plus, there's no chef around. But the folks who take care of the residents are really great. The hiring team did a good job picking them out. Also, the finance person, [name removed], is awesome, and so is from maintenance. The health director, . is also a favorite among the residents.

"Lovely assisted living facility with friendly staff and clean rooms."
We visited Legend of Lititz and found it to be really nice. The people who worked there were very friendly. The rooms they showed us were clean, the staff was excellent, and the tour was professional and taught us a lot. In the end, we picked a different place, but we knew our loved one would have been well taken care of here.

"Happy Resident at Legend of Lititz"
Our family member really liked living at Legend of Lititz. She felt cozy and was part of all the fun crafting and activities they had. There were lots of quiet spots for her to relax. The people working there were pretty helpful whenever we needed something.

"Great location, caring staff, and impressive amenities at Legend of Lititz"
We chose Legend of Lititz because of its great location and the fact that my dad liked the overall feel of the place. It looks really impressive and feels very homey when you walk in. He got a room with a separate living room and kitchenette, apart from his bedroom. The staff are very friendly and always ready to listen and help with any questions or problems. My dad used to own a hill climb team and build bikes, and the staff were so interested they looked him up. They even put on a special presentation about him, where residents could ask him questions, and he loved it. I thought it was really cool how much they cared to learn about him. I would definitely recommend this place to others.
