"Quiet and Well-Maintained, but Improvements Needed"
Living here is peaceful. The place looks nice, inside and out. But sometimes, the staff doesn’t finish what they start on time. I wish they were more punctual. It’s hard to know who’s who because staff don’t wear their name tags correctly. The dining staff could use more experience.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Not Impressed at Lehigh Commons"
I visited Lehigh Commons and it wasn't great. It seemed okay, but I don't think my mom would like it there. The rooms looked old, and the staff didn't seem very friendly when I walked in. The person who showed me around was nice, but they made a comment about not enforcing mask mandates during COVID, saying the residents wanted to see their smiling faces. That bothered me a lot.

"Still Settling In"
My family member is still getting used to life at this community. The staff are friendly and encourage participation in daily activities. They also enjoy the food, and the community is clean with well-maintained grounds.

Moving my mom here was the right choice. It's a good place, she's happy. We like what they do for us. She's safe, getting good care. Only thing not so good is the food. But overall, it's been good and I'd suggest it.

Lehigh Commons and Lehigh Center is a really nice place overall. The service and everything are good. I do have a small complaint about a few CNAs, maybe one or two, who seem unsure of what they're doing when they care for him. But most of the people are really nice. I'm happy with it. Every time I've dealt with the boss and nurses, it's been good. There's plenty to do here, even though my dad doesn't join in. Soon my mom will be joining my dad, and I know she'll enjoy the activities they have. It's a pretty place, and it's very quiet. It's a great spot for most older folks. My dad is just really picky.
