The staff is friendly and helpful, but there's too much miscommunication. They should create a handbook for residents with clear expectations.

"Great staff, but food quality needs improvement at Leighton Place"
The biggest problem is the food quality. Everything else is good. The staff is great, even though they're short on people. I would recommend Leighton Place to others.

"Fresh building, nice rooms, and friendly staff"
The building always smelled fresh, which is not always the case. The one-bedroom rooms felt like small apartments and were great for the cost. The staff was really friendly and kind to both me and my mom.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Community"
The place was clean and the people were nice. They told us they didn’t have enough staff. It was too cold there, even in summer. We didn’t get all the info we wanted on the tour.

"Great Staff and Clean Community at Leighton Place"
The staff at Leighton Place have been really great. They put in a new elevator, and even though there were some problems, the staff made sure to bring food to the residents. They have some daily activities, and my loved one thinks the food is pretty good. The place is clean and well taken care of. I would recommend this community.

"Son Happy, Good Care, Recommend to Other Families"
My son gets good care here. The people who work here are nice and caring. The place is always clean and the staff knows what they're doing. I'm glad my son likes the food they serve. He also enjoys the fun things they do here. I think other families would like it here too because it's a good deal and they take good care of everyone.
