"Compassionate Care and Engaging Activities at Linden Village Assisted Living"
My sister went to Linden Village because she needed more safety. She had dementia and enjoyed going outside. The helpers in her room were very kind and spent time to know everyone well. The person who plans activities was creative with music, arts, and exercises.

"Mixed Experience at Linden Village"
The staff at Linden Village were super friendly and kind. The food was okay, and the rooms were small but okay too. I called once, and a resident answered, which was a bit concerning. Overall, everything seemed clean.

"Assisted Living Facility Needs Improvement"
In this place, some caregivers are good, but others aren't. Sometimes, our loved one fell and no one was there to help. Nurses and office staff are good, and the place looks nice. After we talked about our problems, communication got better. But our loved one needs more care than they can give.

"Caring Staff Dad Needs More Activities, Overall Happy with Care"
The workers are really nice. They took good care of both my mom and dad. One thing I worry about is that my dad gets bored sometimes. They do try to get him to join in activities, but he's not always interested.

"Great Place for Loved Ones with Fun Activities"
I would tell others to bring their loved ones here. My mom is happy, and that means a lot to me. They have activities like arts and crafts, painting nails, bingo, and more for the residents to enjoy.

"Negligent Care at Linden Village Leads to Deterioration"
On our initial tour, Linden Village seemed pretty great. But once we placed our mom there, things really went south. The place began to reek, like it hadn’t been cleaned in forever. The care they gave wasn’t what was promised. Next, my mom fell. Although they let us know, they downplayed how serious it was. Her wrist was already swollen and turning multiple shades of blue. Eventually, they did an X-ray, but only on the second day after she fell. And it took ages for us to get the results back. They told us it was just an old fracture. But on the third day, we had to ask them to take her to the ER because she couldn't get out of bed. At the hospital, we found out that not only was her wrist fractured, but her hip was broken too. Because of this, she had to get a hip replacement and will never be able to walk again. Plus, her dementia has worsened due to the surgery. We thought we were leaving our mom in trustworthy hands!!! Unfortunately, we found quite the opposite.

"Disappointing Care and Unaddressed Falls at Linden Village"
Initially, when we toured the facility, everything seemed okay. But when we moved our mom in, everything changed. She wasn't given showers and was wearing someone else's clothes. She even fell out of bed three times. They said they'd address it, but nothing changed. The last fall even resulted in a hip fracture and the discovery of an old wrist fracture. I would not suggest Linden Village to anyone. Because of this, my mom can't walk anymore and must use a wheelchair.

"Inadequate Care and Unresponsiveness at Assisted Living Facility"
My family visited this assisted living community, and it appeared quite clean at first glance. However, once my relative moved in, the quality of care dramatically declined. The facility reeked of urine as soon as we entered and this smell lingered down the hallway. Trash cans were overflowing as the staff neglected emptying them, claiming it was a responsibility of the night shift. My mother experienced a fall, resulting in severe bruising on her face and extending to her collarbone. The community staff were dismissive, claiming ignorance of the incident. False information was provided by the nursing management. For instance, they incorrectly claimed that my relative was receiving a necessary blood pressure medication, despite the insurance company's concern that it had not been ordered for over a month. The head of nursing appeared unsure on who was actually responsible for ordering the medication. On a positive note, , the activities coordinator, was wonderful. She took great care to ensure residents had their mobility aids, such as wheelchairs, canes, or walkers.
