"Friendly and Helpful Staff, Highly Recommended"
They are very friendly and helpful. I would tell other families to choose them.

"Lowrie Place Disappoints: Sombre Atmosphere and Inadequate Nursing Care"
I strongly advise against choosing Lowrie Place. Upon entering, I immediately sensed a negative atmosphere. The whole place lacked vibrancy and life. In spite of being an assisted living center, it truly felt more like a nursing home, complete with unsavoury odour. It was a genuinely upsetting encounter, as all the residents appeared really depressed. Despite being a smaller place, 24/7 nursing support wasn't available, but instead a nurse on call. The residents, though, seemed to require much more extensive nursing care. Ultimately, it completely put me off. I would definitely struggle with the decision to place anyone here.

"Comfortable and caring but expensive; shared rooms are cramped."
This place is where you'd want your mom to stay. It's too expensive for us, though. The cost for a studio apartment, including care, is $5800. The only downside is that the shared apartments are uncomfortably small.

"Mixed Feelings on Assisted Living Facility"
Since the end of June, our mom has been living there. They convinced us to move her in quickly because of the low cost. But then, two months later, they increased the price. So frustrating! We’re still waiting to find out how they’ll handle this. Also, there have been at least two times when her laundry wasn’t washed for over 11 days. We had to reach out to the main office because it seemed to improve for a bit, but then things went back to how they were before. We’re crossing our fingers that it gets better. The people working there are friendly, though.

"Assisted Living Tour Review: Friendly Staff, High Cost Concerns"
We visited this place for my parents. It was nice, staff friendly, answered all questions. Parents didn't choose it, bit pricey, rooms layout not liked. Annoyed by post-tour calls.

"Overall good experience."
Our time at Lowrie Place was positive. It's clean, staff is friendly, and they cared for our loved one. A few more aides would help.
