"Short-Staffed Assisted Living Experience"
The Magnolias of Chambersburg don't have enough staff. The place looks nice, and they're fixing it up. Our experience has been okay. The director is listening to our worries, and Mom's room is lovely.

We visited The Magnolias to explore care for a family member. The staff was kind and attentive, and the facility was clean and inviting. It's a great option for local care.

"Nice Place to Consider!"
We visited The Magnolias while exploring care options for our loved one. It felt like a really nice place overall! The staff were friendly and seemed to take good care of the residents. The facility was clean and well maintained, and they had plenty to offer the people who live there. Definitely worth considering if you’re looking for care in the area.

"Consider other options over Magnolias, lacks adequate staff"
Magnolias is a peaceful place for a temporary stay, housing less than 25 people at a time. But, there's a big problem with Magnolias - it seriously lacks enough staff to caregiving. The existing workers are juggling too many responsibilities and consequently, they can't attend to the residents as fast as they're needed. When my dad stayed here for 8 weeks because of a broken foot that bound him to a wheelchair, I saw this clear as day. I can definitively say I wouldn't choose this place again.

"Perfect spot for Mom’s mini vacation at Magnolias"
Met with Laura and visited Magnolias on Wednesday, Feb 18th. We really liked the people we met and the place seems just right for Mom's short stay. We wanted Mom's visit to feel like a mini vacation, and Magnolias looks like it will be perfect for that.

"Perfect place for Mom's respite - friendly staff and atmosphere."
We went to see Magnolias on Wednesday, February 18th, and Laura showed us around. We really liked the folks we met and thought the place would be great for Mom's short stay. Our aim was to give Mom a little break, like a mini vacation, and it looks like Magnolias is just the spot for that.
