"Manor At Market Square: Mixed Experience"
My family member used to live at Manor At Market Square, and overall, it was okay. The facility got better when they hired a Director for the Memory Care Unit. My loved one enjoyed the activities, and the housekeeping was good. However, the meals needed improvement. For instance, the cold, dry meatloaf wasn't suitable for seniors. Even though the menu promised options, they were never offered to residents who didn't like the main dinner. Surprisingly, there were no condiments, not even salt and pepper. On the bright side, the staff was friendly, and I really liked the Director.

"Limited Doctor Access and Communication Issues in Assisted Living Facility"
The assisted living place gives three meals each day, but they only serve them at specific times, which might not work well for people who like to sleep in. If someone needs emergency lab tests, they can't get them here. Also, visits to the doctor happen irregularly, and it seems like the care isn't always the same. Instead of doctors, only nurses come to see residents. The way the team communicates with residents or their families needs to improve a lot.

The staff here are really nice and know a lot, which makes it enjoyable to stay. It would be better if they had a newer phone system to make it easier to reach them. Also, the brick pathway in the garden can be hard to walk on with a walker.

"Smooth Transition and Great Support for Mom’s New Home"
APlace for Mom really helped me find a great assisted living place for my mom. The staff at Manor at Market Squaw have been amazing and were flexible with the costs for my mom's care. They made moving my mom from home to assisted living much easier and less stressful for her.

"Friendly staff and vacation-like feel, but not a fit"
I really enjoyed visiting this place. There were fun activities happening while we were there, and the whole place was clean and felt like a vacation spot. The staff were friendly, but we didn't think it was the right place for my parents.

Everything has been smooth, and we are happy here. It's very clean, and the staff is very friendly. They help if she needs anything, even though she's independent. The food is good, and we have no complaints. We are really happy with them.

Manor at Market Square has been pretty good overall! They keep everything clean and the staff is friendly. I really like how they set up the dining room—it feels like a restaurant where you can choose what you want to eat from a menu, and the food tastes great! The only downside was when my mom got a new roommate, they rearranged the furniture without asking her first, which made her feel a bit uncomfortable.

This place is amazing! I love it, my family member loves it, and we've noticed a lot of positive changes since she moved here. She’s enjoying the chance to make friends and has said nothing but good things about the food. The building is always clean and looks nice, and the staff is great.

"Excellent Value! Friendly Staff, Clean Environment, Spacious Studio Apartment"
This place is really great! The food is good, there are plenty of activities to enjoy, and the studio apartment is super spacious. They even agreed to help us modify the bathtub so my mom could use it more easily. Plus, they provide a refrigerator in the kitchenette, which is very convenient. Overall, I think it's the best deal around. The staff is really friendly and polite, and the place is always clean and fresh.
