"Assisted Living Staff Mock Resident, Concerning Behavior"
Today, I went to see a family friend at the assisted living facility. While I was signing in, I saw some staff members behind the front desk. There was a lady I recognized who usually gives medication, a boy from admissions, and the receptionist. They were all making fun of a resident who was in the lobby, calling out for someone to open the door. They laughed at her and said mean things. If they act like this in front of families, what are they doing behind closed doors? It's not right for them to make fun of her.

"Great location and availability make it a good choice"
I'd recommend this place. We chose it because of its location and availability.

"Understaffed and Lacking Care: MSMS Assisted Living Review"
Right now, the MSMS assisted living facility is seriously understaffed. When you call the front desk, nobody picks up, and they just tell you to leave a message. Plus, there's hardly any time spent outdoors, and they don't offer any therapy at all.

"Perfect for Dad"
My dad really enjoys this community. The care here is wonderful, and they're even opening a memory care option soon. He participates in activities like bingo and listening to singers. According to him, the food is great. They provide a shuttle for doctor appointments if needed. He loves sitting out in the front pavilion, and there's a well-maintained courtyard in the back. Since he wanted to be close to home, this place is perfect for him.

"Nice Spot, But Care-Level Lacked"
Our experience at Maple Shade Meadows was a little bit mixed. The place looked really good and everyone was friendly. It was clean, taken care of and they had a lot of cool stuff for the residents. The food was pretty good too. But, they didn't really take good enough care of my family member who has memory problems. They also didn't tell us straight up what kind of care they could give. But I think it could be a really great place for people who need a certain level of care.
