"Safe community with caring staff, but food could improve"
This is a safe and nice community. The staff takes good care of the residents. My loved one isn’t a fan of the food, but they serve three meals a day with different options to choose from. The staff communicates well with the family.

"Great Care and Cozy Atmosphere"
My mother is doing great at this assisted living community. She has adjusted well and is getting excellent care. The place looks nice and is always clean. The staff is fantastic and really knows their stuff. There are plenty of activities for her to enjoy. The food is tasty, and the dining area is very pleasant. The overall feeling is warm and homey, and they are very attentive. I would definitely recommend this community.

"Family finds comfort at McCullough House amid Alzheimer's challenges"
I needed a safe place for my loved one who couldn't manage daily tasks anymore. Seeing her struggle was hard. After consulting with A Place for Mom and her doctor, we chose McCullough House. The move was smooth, with helpful staff setting up her room quickly. Everyone was kind and caring. The facility is beautiful and well-maintained. Despite Alzheimer's, she settled in calmly. Though emotional, the transition was positive. If you need a loving place for a loved one, consider McCullough House.

" McCullough House Review"
I had to find a safe place for my loved one because she couldn't manage on her own anymore. Simple tasks were hard for her. It was tough watching her struggle every day and feeling frustrated. I contacted A Place for Mom and then talked to her doctor. He agreed she needed help. We looked at local facilities and chose McCullough House. Moving in was smooth, and the staff helped a lot. They set up her room quickly and treated us kindly. The place is beautiful and well-maintained. Mom was calm and cooperative, even though she has Alzheimer's. I had to leave soon after she settled in, but she seemed nice to everyone. She asked about going back home, and I explained she had to wait. She hugged me before dinner. It's a beautiful home, and I'm impressed. If you need a caring place for your loved one, I recommend McCullough House. Best regards to all.

"Disappointing Experience: Lack of Transparency and Poor Care"
My family needed a place for my dad, so we chose this facility for a week while we were out of state. The manager, Charles, wasn't honest about everything, and we only found out issues when we picked Dad up. He got a bed sore in just one week, which shouldn't have happened with the care they promised.

"Consider other options before selecting this facility"
My family and I had to find a long-term care place for my dad, and so we looked at a lot of different places. We settled on this facility and decided to leave him here for a week while we were out of state. Charles, the guy who manages the place, was not very straightforward with us and we only found out about certain issues when we came back to pick up my dad. To our shock, he had gotten a bed sore in just one week. This really made me question the quality of care he received since I had been told such a thing shouldn't happen.

"Good, but very costly in my opinion."
The place is tidy, and the staff is super friendly. However, they could improve a few things. When I called for prices, they only mentioned room and board costs, not the additional care fee, which can be just as high. Hidden fees bothered me; they should’ve been more upfront about costs. It’s quite expensive, especially considering the level of help my mom needed. She wasn’t supervised as much as I think she should’ve been.
