"Unprofessional Staff and Disappointing Experience at Northeast Residence"
We tried reaching out to this facility over and over. They didn't even answer their phone professionally - instead of stating the facility name, they just said "hello". We were hoping to speak, but were informed she wasn't there. Hoping for better luck, we called early the next day planning to set up a tour. When asked if it was Northeast Residence on the line, they confirmed. Yet, was still not available. We asked if they could jot down our number for her to call back. Surprisingly, we got the same response the following day. Finally, we just decided to drop in. The place was huge, more like a big house. We walked in to find around 20 folks sitting around. No one came up to us or seemed to care we were there, so, we freely explored the place till we reached the kitchen. There, two staff informed us that no one could assist us until Monday. It looked more like a halfway house than the senior living facility we expected.

"Frustrating Communication and Unfulfilling Visit at Northeast Residence"
The folks at this home never reached out to us. We tried getting in touch but they didn't even pick up the phone professionally. We kept asking for a lady named Kristine Kim, but they kept saying she wasn't there. We tried calling early the next day, hoping to set up a tour. Once again, their greeting was just "hello". We confirmed if it was Northeast Residence and they said yes. But they still said Kristine wasn't around. We then requested they jot down our contact details for her to reach back. Then, we tried calling the next day. This time, the greeting was proper and they confirmed it was Northeast Residence. But Kristine was still unavailable. We thought to inquire if we could visit for a tour. That's when they finally admitted Kristine wasn't there and wasn't expected that day at all. We took a risk and decided to turn up the next day. It was a huge house; we entered a room where about 20 people were simply seated. No one bothered to come over to us and we explored the place freely. We ended up in the kitchen where just 2 employees were present and they confirmed that there was nobody for us to consult with and no one would be till Monday. It seemed more like a transitional place than a home we'd want.
