"Friendly staff and clean facility; highly recommend Paramount"
The non-medical staff is friendly and quick to help with questions. The medical staff is caring, especially with mom. Any issues we've had were fixed fast. Housekeeping is good, and the facility is always clean. The staff keeps me updated 24/7 about any important issues, like falls or mail. During the move-in, they gave me a room key and let me set up on my own but helped when I asked. They quickly handled photos, artwork, and TV setup. The few meals we had with mom were good and filling. Mom now gets three full, varied meals a day, much better than her home food in recent years. I definitely recommend Paramount to others.

"Great staff, needs better family communication and Wi-Fi"
The staff here are great, especially the Personal Care team. The main problem is they need to be better at keeping family members updated about healthcare issues. Moving in was easy, but we had to do most of it ourselves. They do have a cart for moving medium-sized stuff. The food is okay, but the dining staff are awesome. They need to fix the cable and wireless. The cable is Direct TV and misses some channels my mom likes. We tried using her smart TV, but the Wi-Fi is spotty, so we had to get a Wi-Fi extender. We decided to make mom a permanent resident last week, so I guess we recommend it.

"Perfect Fit for Mom’s Needs"
This place was just what we needed for Mom. The admin staff went above and beyond. Everything came together quickly. We were really impressed with how clean the whole facility was, from the common areas to the residents’ rooms. The staff made Mom feel very welcome. She got excellent care most of the time. What wasn’t excellent was still okay. We only heard a few minor complaints. Her appetite was very low. Mom’s stay was short, but she really enjoyed everything she took part in.

"Disappointing Assisted Living Experience for Loved One"
I wouldn't suggest this place for your family. The boss told me a fib about my family member having a TV in their room, but there was no cable or TV at all. They also said my family member could watch TV, but they couldn't. When I visited, they made lots of promises, but none came true. The nurses were nice to my family member. Sometimes, they couldn't check my family member's sugar because a nurse took the tool home, and they didn't ask for it back. And sometimes, the meals arrived cold.

"Assisted Living Delights Families with Caring Staff and Happy Residents"
The staff at Paramount are really caring and treat my mom like they would their own family. My mom is happy, safe, and enjoys making new friends and doing activities!

"Good location and efficient staff, but meals need improvement"
They had open spots when we needed them. The staff was honest and quick with the paperwork, which we liked. We haven’t tried the meals ourselves, but our loved one says they don’t taste good and need improvement. The location is important to us, and overall, we think the value is good.

"Communication and Value"
The staff sometimes doesn't communicate well. They do their best for residents. I think staff should communicate better. The cost is great for what residents receive.

"Convenient Location and Activities, Some Room for Improvement"
We picked Paramount because it's close by. During COVID, it was much better for us. Dad's on the first floor, so we can easily visit him outside. He likes the activities here when they happen. Most people got their shots, and things are slowly opening up again. They've had a lot of new staff lately, so things are changing. Overall, it's a good place to be, not too expensive, but they need to fix some things. I would recommend it, but you need to speak up for your loved one.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
This place was okay at first, but they kept raising the price every month. My roommate always wanted the room too hot, and the staff didn't fix it. Things kept getting lost, and I had to search for them myself. The food was good, and some staff members were friendly. Overall, not recommended.

"Assisted Living Facility 'Looks Great' But 'Under Delivers'"
My relative was often unclean, with dirt under their fingernails and grimy clothes. We've noticed some of their clothes and personal items are missing, and it seems like no one is keeping track of their belongings. The staff fluctuates severely, so familiar faces are often replaced, which is hard for my loved one. We've even caught staff lying, but the facility doesn't seem to care; they just brush it under the carpet. There are countless other issues but discussing them feels pointless. I'm mainly writing this as a cautionary tale. On the surface, this place looks nice and makes big promises, but don't be duped. If you can find another place, I highly recommend it. It might not be as grandiose, but prioritize facilities that are stable and established.

"Pet-Friendly, Family Activities, Privately Owned Assisted Living"
We really liked Longwood Manor. My kids are happy about maybe bringing grandma here because it's so friendly to pets, and there are lots of things they can all do together, like baking and playing bingo. It's at the top of my list because it's owned by a private company.

"Extremely Nice Assisted Living Option"
It's really nice, and we might choose it for her later. The cost could be a factor ($3,000 per month).
