"Assisted Living Facility Charges More and Provides Less"
My mom or dad is staying at this place right now but will be gone in a month. At first, it wasn't too expensive but then many of the things they said they'd do, they suddenly stopped doing. We even got a letter saying we had to buy stuff that they used to provide. After the management changed, our bill went up instead of down. They can't seem to keep their workers for very long. One worker even told my parent that we'd have to pay more for regular nursing care. Nobody told us that the doctor at the facility stopped seeing my parent because the doctor doesn't take insurance anymore. They also don't have a person to cut hair yet. The people who work there only do the bare minimum.

"Appalling Conditions and Staff Negligence at Assisted Living Facility"
Neglected Residents and Unhelpful Staff at Understaffed Assisted Living Facility' Staffing issues were clearly evident; during the daytime, I only saw three employees. They were in heated discussions about which one was tasked with an additional shift. As I toured the facility, disturbing sights of residents sitting in chairs with visible urine puddles beneath them were not uncommon. The smell was overpowering, impossible to ignore even from afar. Rather than aiding these residents, staff members were frequently distracted by their phones or rudely dismissing residents when addressed with questions and concerns. This facility's conditions were appalling - leading me to file a complaint with the state immediately. This place should be condemned!
