"Mixed feelings about this assisted living facility's suitability for seniors"

This place is really clean, which we liked a lot. But the cost wasn't worth it for us. They don't offer hospice care, so we had to find somewhere else for my dad. It's good if the person can do things independently. My dad was in memory care and it seemed better that he was mobile. I wouldn't recommend it if the person uses a wheelchair.

"Mixed Visit, Internal Employee's Bad Reviews Cast Doubt"

The visit was okay, but one of their own workers had some not-so-good things to say.

"Caring Assisted Living Gets High Marks from Families"

The place is really nice. The staff are friendly and kind. My loved one is very happy here. Whenever there's a problem, they fix it quickly. Like everyone else, they could use more staff. But overall, they're doing a good job taking care of my loved one. There are different meal choices for the residents. They could do better at staff communication.

"Good Activities, Needs Better Communication"

Overall, things are very good. The leaders don't talk to family members enough. It would be nice to get more phone calls or emails with updates on our loved ones each week or every other week. When I visited, they had a trivia game and a singing game going on. I was really impressed that they played music that was right for the residents' age.

"Safe and Supportive Community with a Beautiful Setting"

After living in Bucks County for 20 years, I chose Spring Mill Pointe for a more supportive environment. Being social and healthy, I wanted an active community that also cared for me. Spring Mill Pointe exceeded expectations with its beautiful location and incredibly kind staff. I moved in February 2020, just before COVID-19 hit. It’s reassuring knowing I don’t have to worry about shopping, doctor visits, or even getting my hair done. I’m grateful to be in a place where my comfort and health matter, especially since no residents have had the virus. At this stage, Spring Mill Pointe feels like the best place to call home.

"Friendly, safe community with supportive staff during tough times"

Spring Mill Pointe is a really friendly place! The staff are very helpful and have kept us safe and comfy during this pandemic, which has been tough. I feel as safe here as I would in my own home.

"Peaceful and Picturesque Living"

This place is really big and feels far away from the hustle and bustle. You can see some really pretty sights from here too.

"Poor Organization and Unfriendly Staff at Assisted Living Facility"

Booked a visit, but the person I arranged it with wasn't present. Another staff member showed me around, but didn't know the answers to my questions. The receptionist wasn't too friendly either.

"Poor service and communication at assisted living facility"

I planned a visit, but the staff member I arranged it with wasn't present. Another employee gave me a tour but couldn't address my concerns. Also, the receptionist wasn't very friendly.

"“Smooth Sailing!”"

My mom recently moved into this community, and so far, everything is going well for her. The staff are friendly and have been attentive to her needs. She enjoys the meals and participates in activities with other residents. Overall, we’re happy and would recommend it.

"Decent Assisted Living Visit"

I had a nice visit to Spring Mill. The person who showed me around was really friendly and knowledgeable. It seemed like a good place, but it didn't quite seem right for my mom.

"Love the Care at Spring Mill!"

I moved my Aunt with Alzheimer’s to Spring Mill in March. After visiting several facilities in the area, Spring Mill stood out. From my first meeting with Lisa to the daily updates from Nurse Jean, I always felt they cared about my loved one. The facility strikes the right balance—it’s large enough for communal dining yet small enough for everyone to know each other. The residents enjoy activities in the spacious living room and can sign up for weekly trips. The food is excellent, and Nurse Jean and Dr. Aaron provide exceptional medical care. While the laundry service could improve, overall, Spring Mill ensures my Aunt’s safety and well-being.

"A Friendly, Great Value Community with a Few Concerns"

Spring Mill Presbyterian Village is a lovely and friendly place. The people who live there are really nice, and the food is tasty. My only worry is about how committed the CNAs are. Still, I would recommend Spring Mill Presbyterian Village to others because it was a good experience. I’m giving it 4.5 stars. It’s a great community with good value.

"Pleasant Place, But Too Quiet for Some"

This place was pretty good and it was in a quiet spot. But I’d like a place that’s closer to where things happen.

"Aging community with quality memory care; consider travel distance."

This place is kinda old. But they do memory stuff good. The nurse I met was super cool for the whole place. Might need to think about how far it is to get there though.
