"Not Quite the Right Fit"
Our family visited Bridges of Bent Creek in person, and the tour was pleasant. However, we felt it wasn't the right fit for our loved one.

"Dangerous Negligence: Poor Care at Assisted Living Facility"
My aunt currently stays here and they're not giving her breakfast or lunch. They told me she's not on their food list. I didn't realize it was okay to not feed people. They're supposed to check up on her and reposition her every two hours, but they don't. She fell a few weeks ago and no one knew because they hadn't checked on her for three hours. She even had to go to the hospital recently due to a UTI because no one checks her diapers. Please, don't bring your own loved one here if you really care for them. They won't get the care they need.

"Decline in Care Quality at Assisted Living Facility"
This place used to be better before 2021. They don't take good care of residents anymore. There aren't enough staff, so residents are ignored, the place is dirty, and they sometimes forget to give out medications. The food is cold, and the dining staff is mean. The rooms are not cleaned well, and personal things go missing. It feels like they care more about filling rooms than about the people living there.

"Beautiful place, but unsafe care led to hospital visit"
The place looked great and they were willing to meet our needs. However, my dad ended up in the hospital because of a staff member's actions on the first day. So, no, I wouldn't recommend them.

"Overall Positive Experience at Nice Facility"
I wish there were more things to do, but overall, I'm happy with the place. The care is pretty good, and they're always prepared with paperwork when we need to take my loved one somewhere. Communication is good, and the staff is very attentive. The facility is nice, and the room is pleasant.

"Good food and activities, but phone system needs work"
The phone system needs improvement, and I discussed other options with them. Still, I recommend this community. The food was excellent, and the staff was helpful. They offered various activities like entertainment, crossword puzzles, and more to keep the residents engaged.
