"A cozy vibe, but old facility and extra fee."
This place feels cozy and homey, like a smaller house, but it's really old, and you can tell. Also, having to pay $250 just to be assessed doesn't seem fair at all.

"Unwelcoming facility with disinterested staff and gloomy atmosphere"
It was as hard as a dentist's job to get any information from them. They showed off the facilities like they didn't even care about attracting new people. The place felt like a dark and grim nursing home. The residents seemed to absorb that same gloomy mood.

"Wonderful and Welcoming Community"
This community is wonderful! It's very clean and well-maintained. As soon as you walk in, you feel at home and welcomed. The staff is extremely nice and welcoming. I don't drive, so I needed a place close to public transportation. My aunt loves the food here and everything about the place. I'm very happy with our choice and would recommend them.

"Wonderful staff, great care, unsure about food."
After having a bad experience before, I was nervous it would happen again, but this place is completely different. The staff here is wonderful, very nice, kind, attentive, and most importantly, honest. My mother-in-law has dementia and Alzheimer’s, so she eats the food, but I can't say if it’s good. They offer activities, but she can’t do any of them. The most important thing to me is she is getting the best care and is safe.

"Close to Home, Pricey, Diverse Staff"
This place is nearby, and I really liked the location. The chef is fantastic, and the staff praised the menu. It’s a bit pricey, though. I wanted a more diverse staff.

"Satisfactory Assisted Living Facility with Minor Room Obstacle"
There's a big piece of furniture blocking part of my mom's room door that they won't move, but the place is clean, the food's good, and she enjoys the activities. I'd say it's a good place to consider.

"Affordable Assisted Living with Social Activities"
My father-in-law lives here. They have lots of social activities, and he enjoys participating. He's a picky eater, but he likes that they provide alternative menu options. The prices are a bit high, though. We didn't know about the discounts and coupons in the Clipper Magazine until other families told us.

"Friendly staff and clean, small community suits memory care well"
The staff are friendly, easy to talk to, and quick to help. Mom appears to enjoy the food. They provide a range of activities. The place is clean and well-kept. Since it's a smaller community, it seems to be a good fit for residents needing memory care.

I had a nice visit and tour, but it wasn't as close as I expected. The tour guide was really friendly, and the staff did their best. I didn't notice any issues with the place.

"A Caring and Lovely Community"
My friend’s respite stay went very well. Overall, it was a good place for her. The staff here is lovely, nice, and caring. She settled into a nice routine and enjoyed the meals. The residents also liked them. She often talked about her lovely group of ladies. I felt reassured that she was being well cared for. I highly recommend this community.

"Mixed Feelings About The Chelsea Assisted Living"
My parents aren't big fans of the food at The Chelsea. They don't have many choices. The staff is nice and helpful. There are lots of activities to do. I think this place is clean and worth checking out.

"Pleasant and Caring Community Experience at The Chelsea"
Our time at The Chelsea has been really nice so far! It looks great and is always clean, plus everyone here is super friendly! I especially like the aides they're so caring and calm. They never get upset or shout, and they treat all the residents with respect. Another thing I like is how they always keep in touch with our family about decisions for care and anything else that comes up.

"Friendly Staff and Clean Facility, with Room for Bed Improvements"
Overall, my experience at The Chelsea has been positive. The staff are really nice, and they always keep my family informed about what's happening. The place is kept clean and runs smoothly. It looks like they really care about the people who live there. The only thing I wish they would change is to upgrade the beds for people who need to stay in bed more often.

"Assisted Living Too Far from Home and Busy Location"
This place was too distant from my house, and it's right in the middle of a busy business area. It wasn't what I had in mind when I was searching.
