"Staff is caring and professional, attentive to individual resident needs."
The staff is caring and professional, familiar with my dad's needs.

"Compassionate Care for Alzheimer's Patients"
They did a really good job in a tough situation. When my wife came to Seaton Springwood, her Alzheimer's was advanced.

"Great Care but More Activities Needed"
If I had to find a place for my mom again, I would make the same choice. However, I think they need more activities for the residents. It's a really nice place for older people, and you don't have to worry about their care.

"Disappointing Changes at Assisted Living Facility"
We chose this place for my aunt, thinking it had everything she needed. But in less than a year, things went downhill fast. They promised weekly room cleanings, but I had to ask for it, and even then, it wasn't always done.

"Assisted living is clean, staff friendly, but inconsistent service on shaving."
The staff is polite and place is clean; residents are happy. Concern over inconsistent shaving; spaciousness limited by affordability.

"Unresponsive Staff and Neglect at Seaton Springwood Assisted Living"
I wouldn't suggest Seaton Springwood to anyone I know. My sister-in-law and my brother moved into their facility. My sister-in-law was in hospice care when they shifted, and the staff were aware of it at the time. They assured us they could take care of her. Yet, despite pressing her call button numerous times for medication, she was kept waiting for hours to get her morphine, despite being told it would only take 4-6 minutes. It reached a point where she was forced to set alarms during her sleep so that she could remind them; otherwise, she wouldn't get her medicine promptly. I have been consistently trying to reach out to their management, I guess about ten times in the past couple of weeks. Unfortunately, I have yet to receive any response from them. I decided to remove my family members from their facility just yesterday, and still, nobody from there has contacted me.

"Mixed Signals and Hospital Confusion"
Seaton’s medicine changed, but they didn’t tell us. The staff kept changing their minds about where he should stay. They rushed us to provide 24-hour care. Seaton had no time to adjust. In memory care, he was the only man among women. They sent him to the hospital without telling us.

"Diverse Care Community with Room to Grow"
I recommend checking out this community to see if it’s right for your loved one. The staff work well together to care for residents, and the value for the money is a plus. Communication with staff is good. It would be better to have more activities for advanced memory care residents and more options for everyone on weekends. Staffing on weekends could also use improvement.

"Mixed Experience with Assisted Living: Residential Units Good, Memory Care Not Recommended"
I placed my loved one here, but they misjudged her needs. Initially in residential care, it became clear she required more attention. Transitioning to memory care was disappointing. Residential units are nice, but I cannot endorse their memory care.

"Mixed feelings about assisted living facility, room size a concern"
The place offers typical services like laundry, food, and activities. Rooms are smaller, but bathrooms are spacious. Rent is fair, but care costs add up. The facility is clean, but lacks resident activity. It's multi-level, which might be a concern. The halls are too big, making rooms feel cramped. Not enough seating areas. Dining room is nice, but not enough positives to offset small rooms. Unused open spaces could be better utilized. Wide halls might confuse some residents. Facility feels unfinished despite being new.

"Mixed Feelings"
I visited this place and it was okay. It looks nice and clean. The people who work there were nice and polite. I think the part where they help older people live is good, but not the part where they help people with memory problems.

"Pretty Facility, Short-staffed and Overwhelmed, Neglects Basic Care Tasks"
The place looks good, but they don't have enough staff and things aren't very well organized. The workers always seem stressed out by all the tasks they have to do. Basic things like making beds, cleaning, or helping residents shower often don't get done because there aren't enough workers. Also, the staff doesn't always make sure residents follow special diets ordered by their doctors. For example, a resident with diabetes could eat anything they want from the menu, and there's no one to make sure they're sticking to their diet.

"New Owners Ruin Previously Great Assisted Living Facility"
This place used to be awesome, but the new owners messed it up. The food is awful. They hand you a decent meal when you come to visit, but the food they serve to the residents is way worse. Plus, they've cut back on the number of helpers. Sometimes, after we ring for help, we have to wait more than an hour. But I'll give them this: they do offer a lot of different activities, which is cool.

"Great place for family members to live together"
My Great Aunt lives in this community, and she really enjoys it. She likes it so much that her two sisters have also moved in. The community is conveniently located for all our family. It's definitely worth checking out.

"Looked nice but not ideal for memory care, lacked preparation."
We checked out this place for our loved one's care. It looked nice, and everyone was friendly. But not ideal for memory care, too big to navigate. Didn't like single dining room. Seemed less prepared during tour.
