"Commonwealth Assisted Living: Mixed Experience"
At Commonwealth, some staff members are helpful and enthusiastic, while others can be inconsiderate. Limited staffing due to cost containment sometimes affects timely responses to residents' needs. Food availability during mealtimes was an issue, leaving my wife frustrated. On the positive side, Commonwealth encourages resident participation in daily activities. The beautiful lake and grounds provide a pleasant outdoor space for those without physical limitations.

"Assisted Living Delight"
This place is really nice! My mom loves it here. It's way better than where she was before. The staff is super friendly, and the nurses are good. We've had a great first month. They even have a family night with food and drinks, and it's open to everyone. It's a really nice thing for them to do.

"Assisted Living Review"
Communication could improve. Care could be better, but dad's tough. Food selection needs improvement. First place accepted then declined; Commonwealth accepted him.

"Caring Staff Found Affordable Care for Our Step-Mom"
The people working here are super kind and really helped us a lot. They teamed up with us to pick a care plan for our step-mom that was really good and didn’t cost too much.

"Assisted Living Visit Review: Pleasant View, Pushy Sales Approach"
We visited Commonwealth Senior Living at Willow Grove. The dining area had a nice view. The person showing us around seemed more like a car salesman.

"Mixed Feelings About Assisted Living Facility"
We chose this place because it's cheaper than others nearby, and it's closer for me and my brother. It's okay for the price, but the staff changing a lot makes it hard for them to learn how to care for people. Most of the staff are friendly and helpful. The bosses are polite, but sometimes they're not dependable.

"Assisted Living Staff Struggles with Response Time"
The staff at the assisted living facility means well, but they're often short-handed. My loved one had to wait 30-60 minutes for help after pressing the life alert bell. The last straw was when the assistant director of nursing hesitated to call 911 for a suspected stroke.

"Assisted Living Facility Shows Promise Amidst Staffing Challenges"
Everyone is nice. They have staffing issues to fix soon. The new director needs time to make improvements. The third floor needs carpets removed, but they lack enough maintenance staff. So, after they make changes, I would suggest them.

"A Welcoming Place for Dad"
My dad really likes Commonwealth. Everyone is so nice there. He enjoys the food a lot. They keep him busy with activities, which he likes. They take good care of him too. He also enjoys talking to other veterans there.

"Deficient Care at Commonwealth for Beloved Family Member"
Commonwealth wasn't the suitable choice for our beloved family member. They wrongly assured us they could accommodate her. Yet, in just the first week, she had two falls. The level of care provided was wholly unfit for her needs.

"Awful Experience: Chaotic and Disorganized Facility"
Our experience was awful. They botched our visit appointment and showed massive disorganization. Given how chaotic they were merely in fixing a simple appointment, I could tell this wasn't the right spot for my family member.

"Assisted Living with Veteran-Friendly Atmosphere and Cozy Apartments"
We picked Commonwealth since I saw veterans chatting sports, perfect for my uncle. It's blue-collar, cozy, and the smallest apartment suits him well. I'd recommend it.
