"Confidence Grows in Assisted Living Services"
We feel really safe and comfortable with our parents here. The cost is much lower for the same services. We had a family member here 10 years ago, and we were confident about their services then. Now we feel even more positive.

"Not bad, but rooms didn't wow us The Palmerton tour"
Our family visited The Palmerton in person for a tour. Overall, our tour experience was nice. The community seemed nice, but we weren't really excited about the rooms they had available.

"Assisted Living with Scenic Views and Caring Staff"
The assisted living facility has a beautiful view, multiple floors, a small memory wing, one sitting area, and three four-top tables for eating. The staff is friendly, and it’s quieter than the Manors. There’s only one available space, and the staff encourages immediate reservation.

"“Friendly Assisted Living with Great Activities”"
This place is great! The staff is friendly and always helps her. The food is good, and she enjoys the activities, especially the live music. It’s close to my home, so I can visit often. I recommend it to other families.

"Unsuitable Memory Care Unit Fails to Impress Potential Residents"
I visited the place to check it out for my wife who needed a special dementia unit. They said their Memory Care unit was new, but it wasn’t. The dining area was right in the middle with no separate place for activities. The person showing me around didn’t seem to know what she was doing and had to keep calling someone else for pricing. The office manager seemed annoyed and was slamming things around. They even said I couldn’t visit my wife for up to two weeks after she moved in. That doesn’t make any sense to me. Needless to say, I decided not to choose this place for my wife.

"Assisted Living Facility Review"
The place looks nice with a cool fish tank. Staff's okay. We toured. It's mostly clean. But the memory care unit is tiny, no separate dining or activity area. Prices were confusing. They pressured us to decide on the spot. We chose a different place for my aunt.

"Disappointing Experience at The Village Assisted Living Facility"
My mom stayed at The Village. They had trouble keeping staff and managers. Mistakes often showed up on her bills. They first gave us one room price, then after five months, they said the rate was going up and asked for a new contract. The food tasted like fast food. We moved Mom out because we worried about the constant change in staff and managers.

"Negative Review of Assisted Living Facility: Issues with Management and Food"
My dad lived there for a bit. The facility was alright. But the food was terrible. It was all store-bought, not homemade. Sometimes, the person in charge of the meals wasn’t nice to the residents. The other staff members were friendly, though. At first, they said they couldn't take care of my dad because he might wander off. But later, the salesperson called us and said the owner said it was fine. My dad did end up wandering off and we had to take him out. The person who first said they couldn’t take care of him was probably right. It felt like the owner only cared about the money. Most of the people who ran the place were good. But, the person in charge of the office wasn't friendly. She wasn't nice on the phone and would get annoyed if you needed help in person. She wasn’t very professional. Also, the handyman bossed the nurses around. The person in charge of activities was really nice and seemed to care about her work.
