"Convenient and Comfortable Senior Living with Extra Amenities"
This assisted living facility is clean and very nice. They offer rides and make sure residents get to their appointments. They also provide entertainment for those who want to join in. I chose this community because it's close to me. Unlike other places that charge the same, they let you choose between a single room or sharing with others. Overall, it's a nice, clean place.

"Unsafe Facility: Mom Found Far Away By Trooper"
The second day my mom was there, she managed to leave! A state trooper found her on the cross valley. When I asked the facility how they didn't know she was gone, they had no answer. I'm totally let down by this place's lack of care. Stay away!!

"Friendly Staff, Some Staffing Challenges"
The staff has been friendly, but staffing is a concern. We chose this community because it was one of the first places we visited, and my loved one has friends there. Overall, I'd recommend it to other families.

"Care quality and timely doctor follow-ups need improvement"
There are a couple of things that could be better. First, the quality of care could be improved. Also, the doctors need to follow up on their orders more quickly.

"Mishandling and dishonesty prompts departure from assisted living facility"
My relative left this facility a month ago after a fall that led to her hitting her head while on blood thinners. They did not provide any treatment for her. A few weeks later, we found out she had a brain bleed from a scheduled scan. Besides, they also lied to me about a doctor seeing her. I can no longer trust them with my mom's wellbeing.

"Community with Programs and Ventilation Needs"
They offer great programs and fun activities for residents. However, the facility needs upgrades and better ventilation. We chose this community because it's close to our loved one's home.

"Assisted Living Needs Improvement in Responsiveness"
They got stuff to do, and people seem into it, but my family hasn't joined in yet. The therapy part is good, but they need to get quicker when folks hit the button for help.

"Mixed Feelings on Tiffany Court at Kingston Assisted Living"
Tiffany Court at Kingston is a nice place to live with really nice staff. The food could be better though we haven't tried it ourselves, but others say it's not that tasty. They do have fun activities though, and the staff are doing a great job.

"Thorough research needed; staff great, facility loved, highly recommended."
I recommend researching thoroughly if your loved one takes many medications. There are many services and decisions, like choosing doctors and pharmacies. It’s been a big learning curve for me. She is happy and thriving here. The staff is very accommodating and friendly. I loved the place from the moment I walked in. We’re very pleased and can’t imagine her being anywhere else. I highly recommend Tiffany Court at Kingston to other families.

"Lacking Info and Too Far Away"
On our tour, Tiffany Court didn’t provide enough information. Plus, it’s too far from family.”

"Don't Send A Loved One Here"
Terrible ALF Extremely overpriced. Practically everything that they do is extra. They have an overworked staff. The hours are too long. The staff looks tired and grumpy. Resident care is the poorest I've seen. The staff turnover is a revolving door. Residents wait too long for help and are discontent as a result. The room is small and not fit for two wheelchairs. Inappropriate wicker furniture. Not cleaned, as under the bed is not either, the carpet.

"Great activities and food; rooming could improve"
She likes the food. They could improve by matching roommates better, maybe someone younger. She enjoys the activities at the facility. Overall, the facility does a great job, and we are pleased.

"Fantastic place with great care and fun activities"
My loved one stayed here for a short break, and I thought they did an amazing job! From the very first day, they were super attentive to her needs. She really liked the room they gave her it was cozy and even had a little porch to enjoy the outdoors. The activity schedule was packed with all kinds of games and events, plus there were regular outings to parks, shops, restaurants, and more. The dining was great too, with a restaurant-style menu where she could choose what she wanted to eat. Overall, we were extremely happy with this place, and she had a wonderful time.

"Big but pricey; nice people; not cozy for loved one."
We visited this place while searching for care for my family. It looked good and folks were friendly. But it seemed too big for my loved one, and it was pricier than others we checked

"Spacious, well-lit, and easy to navigate with great staff"
The building is very spacious with lots of windows, letting in plenty of natural light. Since it's all on one level, there's no need to climb stairs or use an elevator to reach the dining area. The staff are neat and polite, and there are many activities available. The place is also very clean. I was really impressed and it's my top choice for the future.

"Expensive Outside Care Disappointed Mom's Stay"
My mom had to leave because they were more interested in selling than taking care of her. They tried to get us to pay $3000 a week for someone else to watch over her, which was way too expensive for us.
