"Facility Appears Unkempt During Visit"
When our family visited in person, the place looked very dirty, which left a bad first impression.

"We Chose a Nicer Community Instead of This Nursing Home"
We visited Transitions Healthcare Washington. It's a nursing home, but we wanted something different. We picked another place because it looked nicer.

"Caring Community with Great Food and Visiting Procedures"
My family member has a private room. There are many nurses, physical therapy, and skilled nursing available on the second floor. I recommend this community. My loved one enjoys the food. You can arrange a visit in the dining room with them. Visits must be scheduled 48 hours ahead. You need to fill out a form, get your temperature checked, and maintain about six feet of distance during the visit.

"Great Care in a Cozy Setting"
Our loved one has been receiving hospice care for a while now, and we believe they are getting better care than they did at Transitions. They have a private room with their own bathroom, which makes us very happy. The room is well-suited to their needs. When we first visited this community, the staff was kind and accommodating. It seemed like a good fit for our loved one, and we thought they would be comfortable. The smaller facility is something we thought they would enjoy.
