"Neglected and Overcharged: A Disheartening Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
My mom stayed at this facility for a short, 9-day period, and it was far from the welcoming, caring environment you imagine a healthcare facility to be. I visited to find her sitting alone in a chilled room with the window wide open; it was a mere 50 degrees, and she was uncomfortably cold, her shirt sopping wet with saliva. The treatment she received was also grossly inadequate. Despite us supplying her essential medication for Parkinson's, the staff did not administer them for a full week. This had a negative impact on her overall health condition. Just two days into the month, she suffered a fall, resulting in two serious neck fractures. Even in the face of such a serious incident, not even a single staff member cared enough to check in on her wellbeing. Yet, they were raring to charge us for the full month’s care. It's beyond clear that they profited from our misfortune, which was caused by their negligence. Based on our experience, I strongly advise against this facility. The lack of care and compassion exhibited by the staff is truly concerning, and certainly not what family members would want for their loved ones in need of special care.

"Mixed Experience with Hygiene for Loved One"
I might suggest this place to someone who needs a little to medium amount of help. They take in people who need a lot of help, like my dad. But sometimes they don't do a great job of keeping him clean.

"Warm and Welcoming Assisted Living"
It's spacious, with lots of places for residents to socialize or have quiet time outside their rooms. The food quality is excellent, and it feels very homey.

"Great Experience, Just Needs Cleaner Laundry Habits"
Cleanliness could be better if they took dirty clothes to the laundry right away instead of leaving them in the basket in Dad’s room. But overall, we’ve had a great experience with Vintage Knolls and would definitely recommend them to other families looking for a community for their loved ones!”

"Vintage Knolls tour disappointed; no separate bedroom and living room."
We visited Vintage Knolls, but it wasn't what we hoped for. We wanted a room where the bedroom and living room were separate, but they didn't have that option here.

"Top-Notch Respite Care with Great Communication and Comfort"
As a respite care home for my mother, they were very attentive and kept us informed. They even sent us pictures of Mom. We couldn’t have asked for better care. I highly recommend them. Thanks to everyone who made my mother’s stay comfortable and secure!

"They make residents and families feel comfortable."
Vintage Knolls is a great choice for short or long stays. The staff really goes the extra mile to make sure residents and their families feel comfortable. It took a lot of stress and worry off our shoulders. My dad doesn't join in on many activities; he usually spends time with family. I'd rate the food a three out of five.

Overall, I think Vintage Knolls does a really good job. The place is clean and well-kept, and they provide great care. The staff is friendly and really takes the time to get to know the residents. "Great facility with attentive and caring staff"
We've had a great experience with Vintage Knolls! The facility is clean and well-kept, and the staff are fantastic. They are attentive and thorough, always ready with a medication list for doctor's appointments. I got several personal recommendations for Vintage Knolls before checking them out, and they lived up to the praise!

"Clean and Friendly, but Smell Needs Improvement"
This is a nice place to live. It’s clean and the people are friendly. However, when you first walk in, there’s a smell that’s not quite what you might expect. It might be coming from the kitchen. They could use some air freshener or a better ventilation system to help with the smell.

"Assisted Living Review: Exceptional Care, Room for Improvement"
We liked it a lot. The workers are really good. My mom's happy and she's picky. If there's a problem, they fix it fast. I've been there at different times and every group of workers is good. I haven't met anyone I don't like. It feels like they could have more things to do, and my mom's room is pretty small, but it's okay for her for now.
