The Welsh Mountain Home is really like a real home, not an institution. The staff and residents feel like family. Everyone is caring and friendly, and the food is homemade and delicious. It’s not new and fancy, but the homey, quaint atmosphere makes it feel more like "home" and less like a hotel.

"Disappointingly Dreary and Unclean Assisted Living Facility"
We visited this place while seeking options for our family member. We didn't feel good about it, it was just terrible. It seemed unclean, overall just gloomy and dull. It appeared like all the residents were simply left sitting in wheelchairs either sleeping or drooling all day, there wasn't any activity visible to us.

"Facility falls short, not worth considering"
When we visited this place for our family member, we didn't like what we saw. It was pretty bad. It appeared unclean and overall very gloomy. It felt like the people living there spent their entire day just sitting in wheelchairs, either asleep or drooling, with zero activity. We saw nothing happening.
