"Caring staff, attentive to every detail."
They seem to really take care of my loved one and check on everything.

"Pushy Tour and Depressing Atmosphere at Assisted Living Facility"
This place felt really sad and I didn't like its vibe. I knew it wasn't right for my family member. The person showing us around was a bit pushy. I was trying to explain what my family member needed, but they kept suggesting other things just to make it fit. They didn't even let me see the independent living area.

"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
Maybe recommend. I’m unhappy with some services. They didn’t address a medical concern or allow my loved one to return after their hospital stay.

"Community Layout Redesign Unseen Due to Pandemic"
The community’s design is okay and logical. However, they’re changing it currently, and because of the pandemic, we haven’t had a chance to check out the new look.

"Residents' Interaction Lacking"
Our family member lived in Independent living, so they didn't require the care services provided by this community. They had exercise classes and entertainment groups, but the food was just okay. The rooms were small but efficient and pleasant. We expected a more active community, but unfortunately, the residents didn't interact much. COVID hit this place hard, so it's essential to inquire about their pandemic practices. The staff was friendly. Families should talk to residents before deciding.

"Misleading about patient's condition; focused on Medicare reimbursement."
My dad left their rehab unable to do stairs. Our house has stairs. They made mom think dad was way better than he is. They just care about getting money from Medicare.

"Spacious Facility with Separate Living Areas; Great Dining Options"
Wesley Enhanced is a big place, which might be its main downside. They have nice rooms and good food choices, but the dining area for assisted living feels a bit cut off from everything else. Also, the floors for assisted living are separate from those for independent living. I might show this to my mom, but she might think the size is a little too much.
