"Mixed Feelings, Cozy Living"
It's a friendly place with tasty food and comfy apartments, but sometimes falls short of our high hopes. Still, a nice spot to call home.

"Nice, but found better elsewhere"
My tour of this facility was decent. For the most part, the community seemed well-maintained. The staff was pretty friendly and nice. I found another community that was more appealing. This just wasn't the right place for my parents.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Comfortable Apartments, Limited Meal Options and Activities"
The place is generally good. My apartment feels comfortable. They provide good services, and the staff is friendly. They only serve dinner, though it would be better if they offered breakfast and lunch too. The activities, like card games and bingo, aren't very interesting to me.

"Review of Wesley Enhanced Living Main Line"
We didn't enjoy Wesley Enhanced Living Main Line. It was too big for us. They use a tram to move around, and it's a big place, so we had to walk a lot. The food options weren't great; they only offered limited breakfast and lunch. Considering how big the place is, the dining area felt small.

"Assisted Living Choice: Dad's Happy Experience at Wesley Enhanced Living"
We chose Wesley Enhanced Living because dad's friends recommended it. It's bright and cheerful, everyone is happy. They offer both independent and assisted living options. His apartment is just right for his needs. They accept Medicaid too. Definitely recommend!

"Unorganized and Under Construction: Not For Us"
The place was messy and too large. It felt like they were still building it. Also, the person in charge assumed things about our money without even talking about it with us. We don't want to go there.

"Impressed with facility and planned upgrades despite ongoing renovations"
The facility is undergoing a lot of renovations, so walking around was a bit awkward. However, we were impressed with what we saw and the planned upgrades. She gave us a helpful and informative tour, and we didn't feel pressured except for the limited-time discount due to the reconstruction. Wesley is conveniently located for our family in a pleasant setting. It's at the top of our options right now.

"Accessibility Issues and Dishonesty Force Resident to Seek New Home"
I visited this assisted living facility twice before signing a contract, thinking I had asked all the important questions...During these tours, the staff greeted me warmly, served tasty food, and seemed to take good care of residents. Then, when I arrived to move in, I found out that NONE of the doors to and from the resident's parking areas are accessible for handicapped people (meaning they DO meet the Federal size requirement for a wheelchair to pass through but, for REAL use, the doors are heavy and DO NOT have automatic openers)...ONLY the main entrance has these openers. A few days later, while zooming around on my power wheelchair, I accidentally dropped something. Two staff members were nearby but did nothing...one eventually stepped forward to help but the other stopped him and explained to me that they can't help independent living residents unless we've pre-paid for services (Another worker confirmed this rule, saying it was a recent change because residents were taking too much unpaid help from the staff). I remembered asking, during the tour, about which services were covered in the monthly fee and which ones cost extra...specifically, if I would be charged for pulling the emergency chain for help after a fall, they had said "NO" during the tour, but after moving in I was told "YES"... the same story when calling for help with clogged plumbing. There have been a ton of other small issues, but the last straw happened this week when I found out I'm NEVER allowed to use the pool because wheelchairs are NEVER allowed in the pool area.... a resident MUST be able to WALK from the shower room door to the pool...I was clear from the start that I planned to use the pool every day AND that I can only take a couple of short steps IF I have something to hold onto OR if I need to pivot to another seat! Since they say there are no exceptions to this 'no wheelchair' rule, I now have to find a new place to live...simple honest communication from staff and truthful answers during the tour could have avoided so much stress and trouble for EVERYONE involved.

"Mom enjoys living here, except for canceled movie nights"
My mother is doing really well since moving to Wesley Enhanced Living. She likes her apartment and the meals they serve. She’s been checking out all the activities they have and making new friends. Her only complaint is that they’ve canceled a few movie nights, but besides that, she’s really happy.
