"Mixed Experience at Assisted Living Facility"
The place wasn't very clean and smelled bad when you walked in. The hallways felt warm and not very bright, kind of gloomy. But the staff and residents were friendly and knew a lot. It's in a good location and the dining area is big, with an amazing-looking menu. They also have a full calendar of events.

"Great Community and Activities, with Room for Updates"
My mother has been at Pennypack for about 6 months now. After looking at many places, we were worried we wouldn’t find a good independent-living option that was affordable. Pennypack seemed perfect, balancing cost and features, and honestly, it felt almost too good to be true. I waited to write this review because it takes time to really get to know a new place and see its pros and cons. Now, nearly 7 months later, my mother LOVES Pennypack. She’s not shy and has made a real effort to get involved. She enjoys the many activities, like regular shopping trips, educational programs, a great concert series, movie nights, and using the exercise bikes. Her health has improved a lot, and she feels truly part of the community. The staff checks in if she misses dinner to see if she needs anything. When she had questions about her insurance, they helped her understand everything. She knows most people there by name, and it’s clear that she’s genuinely welcomed when we walk through the halls together. There are some areas that could be better. She lives in the older building, and a few parts could use some updates, which we hear are coming soon. The computer room is also a bit outdated compared to other places we looked at. Overall, we’re really thankful to have found Pennypack.

"Assisted Living Facility Review: Friendly Staff, Clean Environment, and Spacious"
Visited this place on December 18th. The staff was really nice and helpful. They could answer our questions about moving Mom to a higher level of care. Everything was clean, and the residents seemed well taken care of and happy. The studio apartment was a good size. It's cool that assisted living residents can hang out with independent living folks. The courtyard is beautiful and big, right in the middle of the building. You wouldn't even know you're on Roosevelt Blvd!

"Great place with friendly staff and lots of features"
This is a great place. The tour guide was friendly, and the community has a lot of nice features. However, they didn’t have any openings when we were searching.

"Too Early to Tell"
We’ve been here for a week and a half, mostly unpacking and settling in. Everyone is friendly and helpful, but we don’t know much about care services or activities yet. It’s too early to judge the value.

"Great Personal Care with Some Initial Confusion"
My mother-in-law needed a place to stay after hip surgery. Her old home wasn’t an option, and we had to find somewhere quickly because the situation was sudden. We picked the Personal Care unit at Wesley Pennypack. It was not only beautiful and welcoming but also had a helpful marketing team. We liked that they had both personal care and options for a more active community later on. The only issue was some confusion about who managed her medical care when we first arrived. Coming from hospitals where everything was taken care of, there was a mix-up with paperwork and communication, which caused some frustration. However, it got sorted out, and it wasn’t Wesley Pennypack’s fault—it’s just part of moving with many people involved. I recommend visiting this community to see if it’s right for you or your loved one. It’s surprising how upscale it feels given its location and cost. The staff really seems to enjoy their work, and they are always friendly, helpful, and caring.
