"Great activities, engaging staff; supply requests can be confusing."
I appreciate that residents have to go to the dining room for meals to help prevent isolation. My loved one isn't always thrilled about it, but she enjoys it once she's there. They offer many activities beyond Bingo and host lots of parties with staff involvement, which is wonderful. The staff work hard to engage residents physically and mentally. The only issue is the confusion around supplies. I often find the requested items aren't quite right or necessary. It’s best to know your loved one's needs and make your own judgment.

"Happy Wife, Great Community"
The staff here are really nice and they do their jobs well. My wife is happy, and that was the most important thing when we picked this place.

"Too Big and Expensive for My Dad"
Willowbrook was too big for my dad. They have different housing areas depending on the level of care needed. It was also very expensive.

"Community Offers Good Care Despite Some Issues"
For what we're paying, I think the rooms should be cleaned more often. They only offer transportation to local doctor appointments. Despite these issues, I'd still recommend the community—they do a good job.

""Big Promises, Bigger Letdowns at Assisted Living Facility""
They said much, but said much was not done. There are big problems with their bosses and main company. I wouldn't suggest them to anybody.

"Great respite care and good rooms at Willowbrook Place"
We picked Willowbrook Place because they provided respite care and were one of the few options nearby. The rooms looked okay to me. Overall, I thought it was a great place and would suggest it to others.

"Medication Errors and Staff Arrogance at Assisted Living Facility"
Ensure your family has their own meds at this place. A staffer gave my relative someone else's medications and I'm not pleased at all. Once this situation is resolved, I'll be moving him. While many employees are polite, a handful act superior and are impossible to deal with because they think they know everything. It's disappointing to see such a company retain someone who repeatedly makes medication errors.

"Willowbrook Place: Okay for Shelter, Not for Care"
My sister lived at Willowbrook Place. If you only need a roof over your head, it's okay. But if you're in need of any kind of support or help, this place isn't right for you.

"Mom is getting comfortable and safe here"
My mom is slowly getting comfortable and likes her room here. The community is nice and has many activities for residents if they want. My mom wears an alarm bracelet because of her dementia, but this lets her move around safely. I recommend taking a tour of this community.

"Clean, friendly, and caring with room for more activities"
Willowbrook Place is very clean and well-kept. My brother-in-law is getting used to his new home. The staff is friendly, caring, and attentive. He likes the food and enjoys the meals. There are activities, but he doesn’t play games much. They might need one more activities staff to help residents join in more. They offer bus trips for doctor visits, casinos, and ball games. More days for the wheelchair van would be helpful. Overall, we’re very happy with the care he gets at Willowbrook Place.
