"Good experience, staffing concerns, need more questions"
Overall, good experience but concerned about short staffing; more questions needed.

"Alarmingly Poor Communication at Assisted Living Facility"
The folks running this place hardly ever kept us in the loop about what was happening with my mother-in-law, which almost led to her death. Plus, the leaders seemed to change a lot when she was there. Things might be different now. But I'd say, chat with some of the people living there before you decide to move your loved one in.

"Attentive Care with Delayed Responses Improving; Limited Activity Use"
The staff takes good care of my mom, and they like her. Many make an effort to talk and read to her. They truly care about her. The only issue is slow responses to the call bell, but it has improved. Overall, they really take care of my mom well, though she doesn't use the activities.

"Deposit not refunded, communication challenges with management at Woodbridge Place Senior Living."
My parents didn't move into Woodbridge Place Senior Living, but we paid a deposit that we haven't gotten back. It's really hard to talk to the managers.

"Not Ideal for Our Loved One"
Our family visited the place in person, and it was pleasant. However, it wasn’t the right fit for our loved one because of her care needs.

"Assisted living facility neglects patient, overcharges for unnecessary medication."
My relative fell out of bed there. I explained he had no bed sores and asked them to turn him while I was away. But an aide didn’t position him properly, causing him to fall. He was paralyzed and left on the floor. They claimed bed rails weren’t allowed due to his special bed, but I disagree. When they inquired about hospitals, they chose one not in his records. I left enough medicine, but they bought more without my consent and billed me. I don’t suggest this place to anyone.

"Irrespective Management and Poor Care in Assisted Living Community"
This facility's leadership only thinks about their own interests, not about the people working there. They don't show any respect for either the employees or the elderly people living there. They think that buying pizza is enough to show how grateful they are. I highly recommend not to bring your family members here to live.

"Care is great, but response time needs improvement."
It took some getting used to for my family and my mom. The care she receives is excellent. The referrals for services like psychology and wound care are also great. The administrative staff promptly responds to my emails. My only concern is that sometimes the direct care staff take too long to respond to the call bell. I've been with my mom when she had to wait 45 minutes to an hour on the toilet for someone to help her.
